Le piscine, le saune e tutto l'ambiente benessere. La modernità della camera e degli ambienti in generale.La gentilezza del personale. il cibo era veramente scadente, da caserma militare, freddo e assolutamente inadeguato per un quattro stelle. |

velmi milé přijetí v recepci hotelu,usměvavé recepční jazykově dobře vybavené.Původně jsem myslel na vedlejší hotel Zdravilišče, ale drobnou chybou jsem skončil ve wellnesu.Byla to příjémná chyba. |

Abbiamo apprezzato lo sapzio termale, la tranquillità.Abbiamo inoltre apprezzata una certa cura nella cucina cosa del tutto nuova rispetto alla cucina degli alberghi sloveni del passato. Abbiamo notato una trasquratezza nella pulizia degli spazi esterni. |

la cortesia del personale anche nella difficoltà di relazione non avendo come lingua madre la stessa il letto matrimoniale che si divide al centro diventa scomodo durante la notte e ci si sveglia spesso per rimetterlo a posto |

la camera spaziosa e pulita, la gentilezza dello staff, il centro benessere con piscine nuove molto grandi, idromassaggi di vario tipo, e soprattutto la zona sauna con diverse sale,temperature e trattamenti la struttura è ancora in via di costruzione, le terme erano un pò affollate, perchè aperte a tutti, il cibo non all'altezza delle 4 stelle |
