Wine Grower's Mansion Zlati Gric  

Ett boende mitt I den vackra vingården Zlati Gric. Bättre än så kan man inte bo när man är I Slovenien! Personalen på restaurangen var otroligt service minded och de serverade mycket god mat! Vi kan varmt rekommendera både boendet och restaurangen.

Som alltid när man är utomlands så är sängarna hårda - men de var ändå relativt sköna. Det var vissa problem med avloppet (lukt) som de hade försökt åtgärda. Inget att hänga upp sig på, men ändå värt att nämna.

Location is beautiful: room is in a tranquil vineyard nestled among the hilly Slovenian countryside. Fantastic, welcoming staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Room was reasonably spacious (living room area with pull out couch, separate bedroom, and bathroom). Nice views of the vineyard and surrounding countryside. Nicely furnished.

Definitely a few issues in the room that undercut my enjoyment of the overall experience. We stayed in the Rozga apartment. There was a problem with the septic system that caused the apartment to smell (not sure if it was from the toilet or sink or both). Slight musty smell to the room and my wife noted the sheets felt a bit damp (a system to de- humidfy might help). There was no soap or shampoo with the room, so bring your own. There was only one regular sized mug for morning coffee (despite having some kitchen facilities and other utensils). There were quite a few cobwebs in the place, suggesting the cleaning staff was not that thorough on a regular basis. The futon-type mattresses were a bit overworn, so were not flat. I found the pillows too high and firm, but had no alternatives.
