Hotel is located near Medical Center and near Donat Drink Galery. Very good water pool with termal water. Meal is very good. Every dinner sibass, dorada, or shark. Grille duck... Live muic, songs. Design in Zagreb hotel 1960 years tyle, old . Furnture old need replace. Wi-Fi in lobbi bar-good.

хорошее месторасположение,питание,внимательный обслуживающий персонал в отеле старая мебель ,плохое оформление номера,уборка оставляет желать лучшего,только после обращения на ресепшн,пропылесосилиномер.полотенца меняли ежедневно ,но их качество заставляло сомневаться ,что находишься в 4х звездочном отеле .в бассейне полотенца не дают,приходилось брать из номера,которые предназначены для бассейна,в случае утери -штраф 6,5евро.проще и дешевле новые купить,чем обтрепанными и рваными пользоваться.отель не соответствует заявленным звездам.

очень понравилось отношение персонала к маленьким детям!!! очень быстро устраняли мелкие поломки в номере - спасибо! весь персонал очень-очень дружелюбный. тематические вечера в ресторане кристалл. отличный бассейн! в номере 234 иногда было очень холодно, поскольку часто отключали батареи; номер очень темный - не хватало освещения; не удобно расположен держатель туалетной бумаги (в результате намокал от душа), мало вешалок для полотенец

Понравился сам санаторный комплекс со Спа ,ресторанами и персоналом.Кухня в ресторанах отличная! Старый корпус,старая мебель,плохо работал телевизор.стоимость проживания культурной и воспитанной собачки в день 12 Евро!!!

не очень ухоженный, состарившийся отель.неплохой завтрак и ужин, так как полупансион входил в проживание. убогая мебель, шум из коридора. необходимость таскать с собой в бассейн полотенце из номера и "трепетно" его беречь - иначе 6,5 евро.

Очень понравился ресторан (очень вкусно и большой выбор), обслуживание, доброжелательное отношение, тихо и комфортно, расположение отличное. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. У отеля столько достоинств, что они перекрывают единственный указанный мной недостаток. Похоже в отеле проблемы с подушками: перьевыми пользоваться не могли из-за аллергии. Попросили поменять на синтетические - получили набор свалявшихся кусков не известно чего. Да и матрасы жестковаты на мой взгляд.

все на 4+ : Природа,комфорт,номер,питание,услуги,персонал Замечаний нет. Правда,цены могли бы быть меньше.... но того стоит...да и спрос определяет предложение....

Sehr ansehnliches Zimmer (339) mit viel Platz, Essen immer vorzüglich.SPA angenehm.Würde wiederkommen. Mobliliar zum Teil abgewohnt (leicht zu behebende Schäden!), keine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens Ventilator

отель загреб пользуется бассейном и рестораном отеля сава- бассейн крытый с термальной водой- питание самое лучшее в рогашке- друзья отдыхали в гранд рогашка и донат - и посещали обеды с наит в саве- говорят небо и земля. номера примерно одного уровня с строссмаер и штирия, но питание и наличие бассейна дает огромное преимущество.

Gutes Essen bei Halbpension: Wellness angenehm. Das Zimmer 244 war für ein 4* Hotel grausam abgewohnt bis schäbig (Waschbecken, Nachtkästchen kaputt, nicht ordentlich aufgeräumt). Es war sicher einmal ordentlich. Auffallend: über booking com. bestellte Zimmer sind bisweilen schlechter als telefonisch georderte (im gleichen Hotel). Ist das der Ausgleich für die günstigen Preise?

загреб и сава- одно целое, поэтому все услуги в отеле общие- ресторан, спа центр- все супер! ради этого можно пожить в номере со старой мебелью но за умеренную цену. старая мебель и сантехника, но аналогичный номер в саве стоил на 700 евро дороже(за 2нед),поэтому мы остались в загребе и не пожалели.
