Brakfast was very good Hotel max 3 stars! The location is in the very heart of the downtown - i.e. parking is from another side of the hotel, entrance from different street. The internet is not in every room.

Na pokoji mi nefungoval internet. Personál promptně zařídil nápravu. Velmi příjemné wellness. Snídaně působí uspornym dojmem. Přivítal bych Větší vyber.

Hotel byl naprosto excelentní. V podstatě není co vytknout. Řekl bych, že hotel se vyznačuje všemi prvky kvality, se kterými jsem se ve světě setkal. Mohu jen doporučit, hotel je opravdu luxusní.

Dobrý servis, velmi příjemná paní na recepci a u snídaně. Snídaně byla také dobrá. V den kdy jsem byla ubytovaná, nešla od 8rána elektrika, ale to nebyla vina hotelu...

Mohu napsat,že v hotelu byli velmi příjemní a vstřícní. Úroveň služeb vynikající,výtečná strava pro každého,pohodlí a klid. Rád se budu vracet. Děkuji. Přesto,že město Košice trochu znám,měl jsem problém i s využitím navigace dojet na hotelové parkoviště. Navigace mě stále posílala na cestu k Tescu,ale tam je jen jednosměrný provoz. Možná bych doporučil,přiblížit hostům více příjezd na parkoviště. jinak jsem byl spokojen.

Poloha v centru města, z hlediska jeho prohlídky. Příjemné až milé chování pracovníků, pohotovost a vstřícnost. Snad jen větší pestrost zpravodajských kanálů v hotelové TV.

A környezet, Kassa belvárosa, a szálloda elhelyezkedése, a szobák, a wellness részleg is. A honlapról nem derült ki, hogy a wellness használatért külön díjat kell fizetni, így komolyabb wellness-szel rendelkező szállodába olcsóbban tudtunk volna menni.

příjemný a velmi ochotný personál, velmi dobře zařízený pokoj, velká LCD TV absence klimatizace ve společných prostorách hotelu (klima pouze na pokojích)
