The room was very clean, and two of the male staff members were very helpful. the location was not a great as I had hope for, it is a bit away from the centre of town in a very quiet area. The female staff worker was not very friendly when asked for directions and when given directions it was wrong. She seem busy and didn't wanted to be bothered. Location |

Good Taxi service through hotel reception, special discount for guests having evening meal , easy to get to Old Town for tourists Only thing was no evening meals on Sundays. |

The facilities were clean and modern with secured parking on site. There was about a 10 minute walk to get to the historic area but worth it as the hotel is located in a nice residential area. |

No shower curtain. For the following question, I would not recommend this hotel if people go there for holiday, site seeing. If you go there for business/conference, thats diffence, depend where your business is.. |

Hotel is clean, fresh and cosy, stuff very friendy and helpful :) No drinking water in the room, no schampoo, no shower courtain, very thin walls, internet was not working, poor breakfast - these are the basic things I did not expect form 4 stars hotel... |

The hotel was very clean. Many of the staff were very helpful and generous with their time. The hotel is in a quiet location. Breakfast room is limited in capacity, this is mentioned frequently on this site and does not seem to impact on the hotel. One staff member was less than pleasant when dealing with us. |

Very close to the Old City center, It was Clean,Reasonable priced and in a very Nice and Quiet location. The Staff on the whole were very friendly. One particular staff member seemed to dislike us and didn't treat us with respect deciding to categorize us as a particular type of visitor that obviously causes them some discomfort. It annoyed us because we don't fit into this category. |

The air conditioner was great and the bed were very comfortable. The staff wasn't that nice, and they only have rooms with 2 beds. And it's a bit far from the city center, no more than 10minutes, but Bratislava it's small and it's all the way up from the city center to the hotel. |

Everything was nice. Not far from the Main Railway Station although a little bit further until center. Hotel is clean, new and in nice location close to woods. Breakfast could be more abundant. |

Recently renovated and everything was fairly new. We had a superior room and the bathroom was lovely. The view however was not. Tucked away at the back of the hotel with a view of someone's back yard. The continental breakfast buffet was the usual fare and there was plenty of it. The staff were polite and helpful. This hotel advertised a spa and massage facility as part of it's attraction but when I tried to book a massage I was informed that they don't do them anymore. |

Almost nothing... It is a 4 star hotel but its value is maximum 2 stars; fitness is ridicolous (2x3 sq meters), business center doesn't exist, breakfast so poor, staff is not professional at all!!!!!! Avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in Bratislava... |

Boutique-style hotel, with efficient and friendly staff. Rooms were fairly well equipped, and very clean. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. So, not only is it an inconvenience but an additional expense. The restaurant menu is very limited and quite pricey. 12 Euro for a chicken breast, for example. |
