Bem localizado, lindo bairro, bom cafe da manha, limpo os funcionarios foram muito rudes conosco e outros hospedes... deveriam se melhor treinados para receber estrangeiros. Em varios paises do leste ocorreu o mesmo, muito desagradavel especialmente em bons hoteis, onde nao deveria mesmo aconte cer. |

Pleasant and helpful reception staff in a country where getting a smile from someone in a service industry is often a struggle ! Rooms were comfortable with a good outlook and were well decorated with good quality fittings (bathroom in particular)and sufficient space. It is in a quiet area but not too far away from the old town or the business centre to be inconvenient. Breakfast was not great and not re-stocked as regularly as one would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. There are insufficient tables if everyone staying at the hotel arrives at once. Although it did not happen to us it could be that one would have to wait to get a table. |

Location Booked a double room and got a room with 2 single beds, and when we enquired were told all the double rooms were booked out. |

Clean, nice size rooms. Quiet location. The staff were not very friendly. Also the hotel charges 20 EUR for parking in their garage and scares you with stories of cars disappearing from outside on the street. We parked on the street and the car was still there the next day. |

Most of the staff is unprofessional, not enough polite, unreliable (wake up call asked, not done; the technician unable to repair the Internet connection during the whole 3 days stay, etc). Very poor service. |

Very clean and nice quiet location not too far from city centre. Staff welcoming (except for breakfast waitress). Restaurant very small so breakfast a problem as the number of guests outweighs the space. During the week, business people generally breakfast at similar times. Choice of food at breakfast was limited and the waitress was not very quick to clear tables nor was very friendly. |

We enjoyed Bratislava very much and found it a great city to explore but we did not enjoy our stay at the Antares. The Hotel is not up to the four standard.It was clean but the breakfast was not good. On the first am we arrived about 15 mins before the end of the time and there was only cereal , a few slices of white bread with the jam and butter, a few slices of cheese and that was it!! it was a little better the next few days but not much.There were no cutlery laid out, and the service at b`fast was poor. |

The room is nice. Shower is a bit too small. Very poor English in the restaurant. Breakfast is from 7-10 AM. We arrived at 9.30 for breakfast and almost everything was finished. When we ask for some croissants and others there was no more. The milk was old. There were no many guests but we had to ask for breakfast plates and knives. Very dissapointing. |
