I have booked a double room and got an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The furniture and design was lovely and stylish, we liked it very much. The flat was very spacious, also, clean and tidy. The surroundings are calm and quiet. We have found the place easily. We arrived on Saturday and there was no staff so we had to go 150m to the reception point.

Staff was professional. The room which I have choosen was terribly dirty, damaged and full of spiders net. There was only 1 little towel for ma stay which was 4 days. During my stay there was nobody to clean the room even change the towels. Never again

Kiváló volt az apartman elhelyezkedése, miliője. A közelben lévő SALAS étterem minden igényt kielégítő. A szobákban a faszerkezet miatt elég nagy volt az áthallás éjszaka...

A jó ár/érték arány. Nem, illetve csak fizetős wifi volt. A szomszéd szobába nyíló néhai ajtó helyén eléggé átszűrődtek a hangok.

Przyjemny pokoik dwuosobowy w dobrej lokalizacji dla podróżujących własnym samochodem. Obsługa mówiąca po polsku - niezwykle uprzejma I chętna do pomocy. Byliśmy niezwykle zaskoczeni gdy po przyjeździe okazało się, że w naszym pokoju nie ma lodówki a na potwierdzeniu z booking.com widniała informacja, IŻ lodówka jest na stanie (jak się okazało to był błąd booking.com). Obsługa specjalnie dla nas kupiła małą, nową lodówkę :) Dodatkowo Każdy dostaje zniżkę klubową np do aqua parku - AquaCity w Popradzie. Na prawdę polecamy te apartamenty. Mogłoby być odrobinę czyściej (pajęczyny w oknie) oraz w naszej łazience nie było żadnej pułeczki np na pastę do zębów czy inne podstawowe kosmetyki. Wszystko spadało z umywalki albo musieliśmy trzymać te produkty w pokoju. Było to trochę uciążliwe ale do zniesienia.

die betten sind so hart,daß man keine ganze nacht drin liegen kann. der straßenlärm hätte dies sowieso nicht zugelassen. die zimmer sind so hellhörig,daß man jeden schritt des übermieters laut und deutlich hören konnte. die möglichkeit frühstück zu machen bestand in einem elektrokocher auf dem schrank.betrieb man elektro-u.wasserkocher zusammen kam sofort die sicherung im flur.abwaschen mußten wir im waschbecken im bad.ein messer welches schneidet haben wir unsin poprad gekauft.die türdurchgangshöhe von unserem zimmer 8 lag bei 1,75m.da kam auch spaß auf.tv bestand aus 22 programmen auf slowakisch.

v podstate všetko mame radi drevo a starožitnosti a kedže mame tiež podkrovie tak nam to maximalne vyhovelo. zišli by sa opraviť zadné čelá na posteliach.

Urokliwy, w dobrym miejscu. Obsługa mówiąca po polsku. Samochód bezpiecznie zaparkował na terenie pensjonatu. Skrzypiąca podłoga I cienkie ściany (słyszeliśmy sąsiadów).
