Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 12 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit
12 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Groups
When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
At an additional cost food can be provided.
There is a wide selection of cafes and restaurants where breakfast is served. A Tesco supermarket is also very close.
The Finnish sauna is available at an additional cost.
There is a spacious self-catering kitchen with a dining space, a cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and all necessary cutlery and crockery.
The kitchen and a the hall are shared between 2 rooms.
If you book 2 rooms (each with own bathroom and toilet) you can have a private kitchen. It is very comfortable for a family or a group.
Bigger groups may be asked for a damage deposit of up to EUR 200, which will be refunded upon departure. Deposit could also be retained in case of noisy behaviour.
We don’t accept credit cards. Payment is due upon arrival and has to be made in cash (Slovak Crowns or Euros).

The apartment was within walking distance of the centrally located points of interest. It was clean,comfortable and quiet. No parking provided and a little difficult to find. It had a kitchen, but could not figure out how to make the stove work. Should ask questions during your one encounter with the landlord's representative. You have to share the kitchen area with an adjoining apartment if it is rented. Your bedroom, however, locks. |

excellent location near the old town, very easy to reach apartment by tram from station. Old building but the apartment was newly furnished &modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very helpful as he stayed later u meet us because our train was delayed. small mat in the lounge had pet hair on it, needed a good clean! No wifi /internet access. |

The apartment is in the centre of the city. Although the building looks rather shaby, the very apartment is newly arranged, clean and quite cosy. Besides, the hosts are very helpful and nice. As the apartment consists of two parts, your pleasant stay depends on the behaviour of your neighbours as well. |

A very friendly, involved owner offering the very considerate and affordable service of transport between the hotel and the airport, which is highly recommended in Bratislava. The room is very spacious which, together with a personal bathroom, is very comfortable and truly like home. No early check-in/drop-off of luggage. That said, this was communicated (albeit a bit late) on the day of arrival. -- Very loud clientele emanating from the adjacent internet/gaming hall in the early morning. This was an issue due to the room's proximity to the street level; ear plugs are to be recommended for sleep. |

Bratislava was 35-36 degrees outside; in an old building the apartment has high ceilings, two large rooms, plenty of space, & was wonderfully cool. Every time we came in we gave thanks we were not in a stuffy hotel room. |

Very friendly staff, the location was great, 5 min on foot from the old town. Very clean room, new and modern. You have to share the kitchen and the dining room with the people from the other flat. The room was very small for 3 people. Too expensive for what it offers. |

nice city experience only one set of towels for two people, laundry was supposed to be there but we were moved to a differnet location - bummer. for the price, I think a few more frills could have been thrown in at least compared to our previous experiences in the region |

Great location right in the city centre. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good place to stay for a group of friends or a family. One kitchen for both apartments. In our case no problem as we booked both but could be an issue for someone else. The extra beds are in that kitchen, too. |

Not a hotel, just an apartment for rent. Very conveniently located. Two apartments using the main entrance door. If your "neighboors" are noisy you feel it because both apartments share the kitchen. |

it was clean comfortable in good taste and situated conviently. the possibility to leave the bags somewhere while we were touring on the second day we had to pick them up at 11 so could not really do much that day and had to go earlly to the airport in vienna |
