Apartment Residence  

Tranquillité-situation centrale-accueil très aimable du personnel- facilité parking.

Hôtel très propre, très bien situé avec parking sécurisé. Personnel courtois et tout est à distance raisonnable de marche ( château, restaurant, bar et marché...). Une option à envisager pour des courts séjours, (il peut être judicieux d'y séjourner et réserver un jour de plus pour pouvoir profiter de la ville de Vienne qui n'est qu'à 60km)

Le calme, le parking, la grandeur de l'appartement

The location was fairly convenient. It was close to bus line and the airport. It was private and secure. There were only a few units so there were not any loud parties or traffic at all hours of the day and night. It was clean, modern and had a well thought out floor plan. There was lots of space. The balcony around the apartment afforded a breathtaking panoramic view of most of the city. It would be perfect for a long stay in Warsaw. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We left a cork screw for the next guests. It was a great choice and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Because the rooms had just been refurbished, shades were not up on the bedroom windows yet. Some of the furniture was new and some was used.

We booked the apartment and a double room. The apartment was lovely and spacious, a great surprise. Was almost a shame to leave it to explore.

Close to everything we wanted to do in Bratislava

The location of the apartment building is almoust right in the old part of town, which is great. Also parking is secure and although you are in the center, its very quiet.

Our main problem there was the staff, which without our knowledge charged my credit card for the room during our stay without any prior confirmation from us, although we agreed in the beginning that payment will be done like usually upon check-out, since we planed on paying in cash. They make you feel like they dont trust you - I have not felt so humiliated for a long time, I really didnt like their way and I think, also from professional point of view, since I work in turism myself, that they still have a looooot to learn about this bussines.

Wonderful location & the appartment's design

The people their were extremely helpful for us when we had issues with internet. Cleaners had unplugged cords which the lady says they do all the time and forget to replug. But happy to help us out even though she wasnt working.

We had the breakfeast that they offered once and that was plenty. In the end as you have fridge and cook top can easily make your own. But as we arrived late shops were closed so no other option for first day. Dont recommend.

Lack of WiFi in the rooms was an issue.

Good location, comfortable room, convenient parking

Hotel debited money from credit card three days before the date indicated when booking. When we arrived at the hotel money money was written off again. The girl at reception had promised that the deposit will be refunded, but so far (passed 5 days) it did not happen

Good location, comfortable, clean, quiet

It was exceptionally clean and lovely decorated. Very comfy bed and provided lots of fecilities like kitchen, big corner bath, tv, computer with internet access. Located in the heart of town close to shops and bars, restaurants but at the same time very quiet place in a courtyard. They even provided cot with most beautiful bedding for our child. Also lots of privacy. Couldn't think of any better place to stay:)

The restaurant in the hotel is very pretty but I wouldn't recommend breakfast there. However there is plenty cafes and restaurants to eat nearby.
