It was clean and very good value for money. We were on a walking holiday and therefore it was perfect for access to the mountains and the railway station. The hotel is not manned 24/7, so you need to ensure that you check in at the right time. However, despite us not doing so, a member of staff came from elsewhere, without complaint, to do so.

The staff (actually one guy) were nice and helpful. We were allowed to check in quite early. I realise there were not many people at that moment but it was still nice. The beds were very comfy and we had a large fridge in our room. I disliked the fact that you have to give a deposit of eur 70 (50 was accepted, though) when checking in (got the money back when I checked out). It is an uneasy feeling when you're considered likely to cause damage.

Pekné prostredie, tiché dobre situované ubytovanie, pekné priestranné a presvetlené izby. Dobré vybavenie "kuchynky" oceňujeme varič, rýchlovarnú kanvicu aj mikrovlnku, bezplatné wifi pripojenie, Vhodné aj pre rodiny s deťmi aj pre páry v mladom či zrelom veku. Jedine čo bolo neinformované bol pobytový príplatok 1e osoba/noc ktorý nebol uvedený pri rezervácii. Inak nemám výhrady

Pokój, oraz jego wyposażenie, dostępne WiFi!! Generalnie cały pensjonat był ok, personel bardzo miły, fajne wyposażenie sauny I fitness. Bliskie położenie ośrodków narciarskich. Położenie pensjonatu świetne, narciarnia, parking dla samochodów Monotonne śniadania, za wysokie opłaty za korzystanie z sauny, skibus raz nas nie zabrał bo nie miał wolnych miejsc, drugi raz w ogóle nie przyjechał, podobno miał awarię I nic w zamian nie podstawiono. Starodawne telewizory I mały zasięg programów tv- potrzebna satelita z Eurosportem, bbc Knowledge itd.

Место неплохое. Нужен ремонт. Неудобные матрацы. Даже в Словакии три звезды должны быть другими. Все очень средне. Завтраки скудные, однообразные и плохо приготовленные и очень дорогие.

Super vybavená, priestranná izba s úžasným výhľadom. Na izbe nájdete naozaj všetko - rýchlovarnú konvicu,chladničku,mikrovlnku celá minikuchynka aj s dvojplatničkou. Hotel so super atmosférou a úžasnou knižnicou. Určtite sa sem vrátime a na dlhšie, lebo si môžme doniesť aj psíka ..

V zariadeni bolo prijemne. Vyhoveli nam a mali sme obe izby vedla seba. V hoteli bol pokoj, ktory bol asi aj podmieneny mimosezonou dobou a tym ze sme boli od pondelka do piatka. Ranajkova miestnost ma uzasny detsky kutik, kde sa nas syn vyborne pohral kym sme sa najedli. Izby boli priestranne a dost velke. Kupelna bola prekvapivo tiez velka. Mysleli sme ze ked objedname dvojku budeme mat velku postel a nie dve spojene s 30 cm dierou a v kupelni nam trosku haprovali dvierka od sprchy co bolo problem hlavne ked sme sa chceli sprchovat a syn uz spal.

Dobrý poměr cena a kvalita, klidné prostředí, vše na hotelu fungovalo jak má, slevy od Aplend resort do různých zařízení, či parkování na některých místech zdarma. Po příjezdu načichlý celý apartmán dezinfekcí, že je hotel luxusní a vkusně vybavený se říci nedá...

Bardzo dobre umiejscowienie - dogodny dojazd, zawsze dostępne miejsce parkingowe. Gościnne przywitanie I sprawne zakwaterowanie. Bardzo sympatyczny, kompetentny I życzliwy recepcjonista, Smaczne śniadania I ich dyskretna, "czuwająca" obsługa. Niewygodne łóżko I zbyt duża gabarytowo pościel ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem grubych kołder I poduch nie dostosowanych do formatu łóżek, za mało wieszaków. Konieczne lampki nocne nad łóżkiem I zdecydowanie mniejszy rozmiar zasłony prysznicowej.

Výborná lokalita s krásným výhledem na Lomnický a Slavkovský štít, rozumné internetové připojení, příjemný personál. V pokojích bylo dost prachu (pro alergiky nedoporučuji).

Velmi ochotný personál recepce, na který jsme se mohli spolehnout v řešení problémů. Dlouhý balkón společný pro tři pokoje (soukromí,bezpečnost). Čistota pokoje + v koupelně odštípnuté kachličky. Hlučnost ledničky.

Klidné místo (možná až příliš). Málokdy fungující recepce, nestandartní způsob nástupu k pobytu (klíče k pokojům uschovány v květináči vedle vchodu ..!!!), nefungující lampička na pokoji.
