On the day of our departure there was a minsunderstanding on our part regarding breakfast hours. Because we had an early train to catch before serving hours, the staff prepared coffee for us and fixed a gerenous, packaged breakfast to take with no advanced notice. These ladies and the entire staff were wonderfully gracious and understanding. No. We walked past the other options and this was clearly the right choice. |

probleem met de kamer een dag later opgelost .kregen in eerst instantie niet de kamer die we geboekt hadden . kwamen door pech om half twee s;nachts binnen .dus eerst zo gelaten. de geboekte kamer niet gekregen wel een redelijk alternatief. hotel had geen lift !3 lange trappen op ! mijn vrouw heeft een heup probleem !geen sociale communicatie ! geen hulp bij bagage verplaatsen ! slecht engels/duits spreken .ontbijt slecht verzorgd. geen sfeer van gewenst zijn . |

Absolut zentrale Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone (super), sehr freundliches Personal, sehr bemühte Kellnerin beim Frühstück Internetzugang extrem langsam, was für einen Geschäftsreisenden mühsam ist :-( |

部屋が暗い。ルームサービスが無い。 エレベーターが無いので非常に困った。大きな荷物を抱えていたが、部屋に持ち運ぶことを断念し、駐車場で選別して持参した。車が無く荷物が多い人はかなり困ると思う。個人経営っぽく手伝ってくれるスタッフもいない。 |
