Hotel Arcadia  

Very nice hotel , located in the old city.On arrival we have received an upgrade. Completely renovated high quality, but impossible to compare with tophotel Kempinski.

Friendly and helpful staffs, beautiful and clean room, great location.

The location is wonderful, great staff, very good food, extremely comfortable rooms.. One of the nicest hotels in which we have ever stayed.

Very good hotel ! you get what you pay and more ! I liked the welcoming staff, very professional and care. The dinner gourmet at the hotel's restaurant was amazing. The design is perfect. I never recomended on a hotel like on this one, and I visited many many....

It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for many years -- and as a journalist I stay at a lot of them. Wonderful, helpful staff and superb taste in the way the hotel was restored and decorated. The location, in the old city, couldn't be better too.

The ambiance was wonderful and the hotel very charming. The breakfast buffet was very good and the rooms were well appointed. The staff was very kind.

The comfort of the rooms. The first room we were allocated was under the roof with vaulted and low ceilings. We are a tall couple and this was a problem. In addition, a fan on the roof ran all day long making the room rather noisy. The next day we changed rooms. This room was comfortable in terms of space, but a loud noise intermittently persistent during the entire day. We believe that the elevator shaft was not well insulated and the noise of the elevator was transmitted to the room. Fortunately, at night the elevator was used minimally and therefore not a big problem. One has to keep in mind that this is a 13the century building so noise can be a problem.

It's a nice boutique hotel in the very center of the city in a renovated ancient building. Our room was facing the street in front of St. Francis church and it was very spacious and nicely furnished. The spa is luxurious with free sauna, hydromassage, and workout machines. We also stayed ona fridaynight and the room was offered at 50% discount on regular week price.

Only thing I found abit exaggerated (long) was the welcoming introduction form the concierge. When you arrive tired in the hotel you would like this step to be short and get toyour room asap.

This must be one of the most friendly hotels I have ever stayed at. After 4 visits to this hotel, I'm still impressed by the standard, the staff, size of rooms etc. I will certainly visit this hotel again.

Location was fantastic as it was just a round the corner from where the action was without compromising on the noise. The staff and hotel was superb and the quaint library adds more to the charm of this former ruin that has turned into the first 5* hotel. Thumbs up for sure

Excellent, it deserves every penny!

It was very central in the old section of the city. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good.
