Palvelu oli erinomaista - alusta loppuun saakka. Hotelli oli suorastaan luksustyyppinen - hotelli on 1200-luvun rakennuksessa; restaurointi oli erittäin onnistunut ja toimiva. Huoneet olivat loistavat. Olimme 13-vuotiaan poikamme ja 10-vuotiaan tyttömme kera matkalla ja hotelli sopi mainiosti myös lapsillemme. Hotellissahan oli sauna ja poreallas - sielläpä lapsemme nauttivat olostaan! En keksi, mistä en olisi pitänyt! |

We were looked after from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I enjoyed having a fresh cooked breakfast alongside a small buffet rather than the mass produced breakfasts served in many big hotel chains. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Loved our stay, have stayed since and will be staying again soon ........ |

There was really good servis - everything was working just perfect. The size of the bathroom was huge but shower place very very small and water was soon everywhere. I think there should be more space to leave some stuff in the bathroom. I was missing some place wher to put the things. |

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town. Spacious rooms. I had an inside room with no natural light. The plumbing needs a major overhaul. Every time someone used the bathroom in a room above or adjacent it sounded as though water was gushing through the room - extremely loud and woke me up frequently during the night. |

We loved everything about Hotel Arcadia. It is a beautiful 5 star hotel. It is small with only about 30 or so rooms so they are able to cater to each individuals needs. The hotel restaurant looked fabulous although we didn't get to try it because we had our two young children with us. The hotel welcomed our children and our two boys absolutely adored the Doorman, Joseph. Bratislava is a charming town and we hope to be back again for another visit. The parking in the old town is a bit expensive. We found street parking a short walk from Old Town which was much better. |

The room clean and well laid out, The hotel is 4 minutes walk from the main square I think that the rate of €180.00 was a little expensive compared to hotels in Dublin ,Vienna and Trencianske Teplice which were between €110.00 and €145.00. other then that we loved the hotel |
