Location is great, nice food, helpful stuff.

the "smoking" room had a window overlooking an ugly courtyard full of air-conditioning equipment which made noise, the stuff forgot to pick up our breakfast order at 7 AM - which could have resulted in not waking up on time and losing the flight.

Location in the historic old town in beautifully restored C13th building, superb staff, elegant room, excellent restaurant - everything just perfect for our needs.

We are a couple in our forties.We upgraded to a superior room Hotel was on of the best we stayed in during our time in Europe. Staff was very helpful, everything was excellent. Good local resturant was the flagship resturant about two blocks away. Food is very inexpensive compared to other countries.

Beautiful room, bar. Excellent staff. Very reasonably priced and perfectly located at the center of the old city, walk to everything. Lovely.

We did not like that there was allowed to smoke in the bar and library area.

The nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. A free upgrade to a Mezzanine suite and the staff could not do enough for us. Exceptional service and value for money. It made celebrating a special occasion even more special. Fantastic food and wine.

Everything about this hotel was great, the staff, decor, location, rooms, food. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Exceptionally well appointed and a good location for seeing Bratislava. We particularly liked the in-room DVD player and a library of films you could rent for free.

This hotel was the most wonderful experience during our New Year trip in 2013. We all were very posutevely surprised to stay with Arcadia and definetely will come back.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved to stay there and would have enjoyed a longer stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were gorgeous, the bathroom looked spectacular and they even had aromatic sea salt. The location was great, just a few steps from the main square. It was just a perfect stay in a perfect boutique hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a historic old palace in the old town area of Bratislava wonderfully appointed comfortable luxurious rooms- very comfortable bed and pillows.Hotel staff friendly, helpful and attentive.Excellent value for money considering this is a 5 star hotel.

The parking fee was a bit high.

It is one of the best hotels in Bratislava. Staff extremely helpful. Very nice comfortable room large bathroom with quality toiletries. Excellent breakfast with sparkling wine. Very central location.

Good beddings, high class of service

Something like low-hanging shower can not be improved because of the construction issues. Things to change: get the minibar free, increase the size of slippers

A wonderful hotel attentive staff met us outside in the street and were looking out for us very helpful desk staff. Our room at the front overlooking the church was quiet which surprised us as the hotel is very close to the busy main square. The room was lovely with a very big comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional with home made yogurt,pates,and marmalades amongst lots of other delights. If we had stayed longer we would have tried a meal there as the menu looked really good and the room has a nice atmosphere with a special vaulted ceiling. We would recommend this hotel if you want pampering (and they have a spa which was under renovation so not open when we were there.) would love to return.

The Hotel as a whole was a extreme positive surprise, I was awed at the quality and professionalism that I have encountered at the hotel. I can only recommend the Arcadia to all visitors to Bratislava.

Excelent location and rooms. The staff is extremly helpfull starting from the porter to the people in the front desk, the oparator etc. inside the old city so everything is walking distance. Beautifull rooms and bathrooms. We paid 20 euros to have a larger room and it was worth it . We really enjoy our stay in this hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel. The welcome was great and the staff were all very helpful. The room was luxurious and the hotel well-located. Highly recommended
