Perfectly located in the old town, this is a lovely small hotel with friendly staff, excellent rooms and great service. Highly recommended. It was a shame that there were not very many customers in the hotel's excellent restaurant. As a result the atmosphere was not as good as the food and the service. |

The personalized attention from all the staff was fantastic! They really and truly went overboard to make our stay extra special, and to make us believe that we were the only guests staying there. |

the staff and the location unfirtunately something that cannot changed but the hotel has no outlook. My window looked onto an air well and several rooms had "windows" which were onto the atrium. |

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Rooms very clean They play music in the lobby starting around 8:00 - 8:30 and the door seals are not tight enough to filter out the music in my room |

Overall the hotel's services were excellent although I did have a problem with the room. The breakfast was particularly good. My room had a very distinctive smell of sewage or rancid fat which was very unpleasant. An attempt had been made to mask the smell with a plug-in room scent device but this only proved to make it worse. The hotel was full so there wasn't an alternative and I was only there overnight but I would be unhappy if it happened again. |

The hotel is still very new and the staff SO eager to please -- though still figuring some things out. For example, they can;t garage one's car because they are not insured for damage! That said, the garage is 20 steps away so it was not a problem. Hotel is superbly located and clearly the top spot in town. Should do very well once it becomes known -- we felt we were just about the only guests there the 2 nights we stayed, |

The service was really good the staff were very informative and friendly. The hotel was booked via the internet and so we weren't informed that the hotel's spa and steam room were not available or even finished which was disappointing. |
