This is a modest hotel that does its job very well. The price is good compared with other hotels in Bratislava. There is no lift, but only two floors. It is a converted large house, and done very nicely. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is my second stay, and I would come again.

Easy walk to the hotel from the bus station. We had a spacious room with a fantastic bath great for relaxing in. At breakfast the next morning we were offered plenty to eat. Having stayed in Prague recently at a 4* hotel that was not as good as this hotel, we asked why they had only 3* and this was down to not having their own restaurant - which doesn't make sense when there are so many in town to go to.

Hotel Arcus is a very nice hotel at a perfect location. I liked the atmosphere in the hotel very much. The staff was friendly, the room spacey and nicely decorated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bratislava, you really will get value for money.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was adequate. The position of the hotel is very good. It is more like a "family" hotel, small and pleasant. The hotel provides only the absolutely necessary activities / facilities. For example, they could not provide me a simple pair of slippers.

Die Ruhe im Hotel selbst, kein Lärm. Man konnte sich gut erholen.Gefallen haben uns auch die liebevoll eingerichteten Frühstücksräume im Keller. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam.

удобно расположен между историческим центром и хоккейной ареной.(посещали игры чемпионата по хоккею) рядом остановки трамвая, автобуса, в т. ч. на ж\д вокзал. 5 мин пешком до автовокзала. понравился садик. отзывчивый персонал. понравились завтраки.

Meget behagelig rom ut mot en flott hage. Likeledes en utmerket og kort spasertur inn mot sentrum. Langt kortere enn de 15 minutter som Lonely Planet antydet, hvis man velger det riktigste (nordlige) alternativ.

En general todo, pero muy buen trato del personal del hotel, desayuno, etc., y del personal de la Recepción. La única queja es que el Hotel Arcus no tiene ascensor y unos nos ubicamos en la planta baja y otros en la tercera planta, y algunas personas les costó mucho subir las escaleras tres pidos. Lo demás muy bien.

Hyvä sijainti, keskustaan vain 10-15 minuutin kävely ja ratikallakin pääsi kulkemaan tosi helposti. Viihtyisä huone ja iso parveke. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and always helpful when I had questions. I showed up late one morning for breakfast and they didn't seem to mind and still willing to cook up some eggs for me. (In addition to the other items available)

Das Zimmer ist groß, mit Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und daher sehr dunkel.

It has spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. Easy walking distance to the main tourist area. There is also a beautiful garden at the back, which guests can make use of (weather permitting). Good breakfast.

Friendly staff and very large, comfortable rooms. Had a nice intimate feel and made a change from staying in a large hotel chain. Hotel could have provided clearer information about travel to hotel via public transport - not everybody (including myself) wishes to use taxi, especially as it is so easy to get ripped off here. 10-15 min from centre of town ok, provided it's not pouring with rain. Breakfast ok, but didn't feel there was enough choice and quantity wise to set me up for the day.
