This hotel was immaculate. The place is very modern and contemporary. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The rooms were spotless and huge. Cant fault the place, highly recommended. |

The Rooms are very good and the facilities in the rooms are evertthing you need. The Food menu is much to Gourmet like, their should be a small number of of more simple choices |

Hotel very neat and highly automated (lights, air, door security). I liked the authorized access feature your room key provided to the elevator, stairs, and other areas of the hotel (very secure hotel). Spacious room and bath. Hotel near stores. Parking plentiful. Access to hotel difficult by car. |

Very clean. Impeccable rooms and very spacious. Staff very good but when approahing, you feel as though you may be inconveniencing them! Some of the staff come across as being a bit formal/grumpy. Fitness centre was not so much a fitness centre as a broom cupboard with a treadmill, a bike and a rower in it! |

Hotel staffs were very kind, and they cares about customers very much, As we are Asians, we had so many problems staying in the hotel. They always gave us the worst rooms and they never think us as the customers, but this hotel was different, they were very kind and treated us as customers like others. Service was excellent! Facilities were superb! and room was very clean! Where it situated. It says hotel is situated in the city, hotel was situated in the city but it was bit far away from the center of the city which it took around 1~1.30 hours from hotel to center by walking and around 15~20minutes by bus or taxi. It is exactly situated middle of the airport and city center. By taxi it costs 10euro from hotel to airport or city center. |

Hotel is new, has fantastic unterior (was apparently awarded for the design) and unusualy spacious room for 3 star hotel I booked double room for €79 but asked for additional bed afterwards. The receipt which was in slovak came to €137 and as we didn't have breakfast I guess this small and portable bed cost us additional €65. The remaining €3 was for the city tax. The receptionist could hardly speak any english and was totally uninformed about any places worth visiting around Bratislava. |
