Restaurant is very good value for money, bowling alley a good additional facility and the spa (once you get past the changing room). Location is handy for getting around (train station across the road). Bathroom disappointing (shower hook broken so couldn't stand under) and some odd smells from time to time from drain. Changing facilities for spa were poor and mixed sex. Reception staff could be more friendly. |

The welness world is brilliant. After a long journey saunas, whirpool and relax zones are really great. Rooms are nice, hotel facilities (bowling, breakfest, internet) are also good quality. The hotel is located just few steps from a small railway station and about 10 minutes walk from the main train and bus station in the whole Vysoke Tatry area. Despite some small insufficiencies I would strongly recomand to go to this hotel. Additionaly we got a very nice discount at booking.com (we payed a half of a normal hotel price/doubleroom/night), so we enjoyed the whole stay and were more than satisfied. You can still see some particularities which need to be reconstructed or improved. Mostly bathroom. Although it looks very nice sometimes the toillet smelled a bit, and also the shower could be renewed. |

Only one reason to visit this hotel - proximity to the Tatras, which are so close you can touch them. Hotel staff are surpisingly helpful too and the breakfast was good. Hotel is not 3 star in any way, shape or form. Do not be fooled by the apparently modern red/grey exterior, the inner courtyard reveals its true 60s origins. The refurb is v tacky: the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room, the lighting is badly situated and the showercurtain stank of stale cigarettes. The food at dinner was very ordinary. As a base for climbing/walking, its great, but this is no luxury spa! |

The hotel's design,as well as the comfort in the room. The service at the desk.the room service. The comfortable of parking. Varity in breakfast.! The attitude of staff at the dinning room for forioners....waiting a long time for one elevator....the anability of joyning the "spa". |

hotel was in good location and perfect for tatras mountains most of staff was very good but all the receptionist were poor they could not give any information on the area and basic things they did not now exspected better from a 4 star hotel really poor |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön restauriert. Die Zimmer besitzen noch den gemütlichen Ausdruck der Vorwendezeit. Das Essen ist sehr gut.Die Lage zu den Bergen und der Standseilbahn ist ideal. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend und gut angeordnet. Aufenthaltsverlängerung ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich. In der 308 ist im Bad eine Bodenfliese zerbrochen und liegt in Stücken in der Lücke.Der Schreibtisch mit dem TV Gerät droht jeden Moment zusammenbrechen. |
