Super room, very comfortable, relaxing. Good food at modest price. Excellent breakfast. Internet in the room (cable), wifi in the lobby. Proximity to River & Old town.Hotel staff were most welcoming & helpful. Room views at rear of hotel. best rooms are front elevation. |

New, nicely furbished spacious room, staff could speak English, helpful receptionists, good breakfast selection, complimentary bottle of water. Music pumped into the corridors, even at late hours, pop music at breakfast, lack of spoon and cups at breakfast before 10. |

The hotel oppened 1 year ago and is perfect. room design is perfect except for the sliding door to the bathroom. Amenities, including parking were perfect. Location is also ideal if you have time to sightsee the city. |

The hotel is modern and new, exactly as other ratings described. The rooms were of a good large size and the staff at the front desk very helpful and accommodating. The first room were were assigned to had a huge bath, but the air-conditioning in the room did not work. We were immediately moved into another room on the same floor where the air-con did work (but this time the bathroom only had a shower - which was fine for us). The hotel also provides you with a complementary bottle of sparkling water. The location is really excellent. The staff at the breakfast room were not very helpful - you can also order a warm breakfast as part of the 6 euro price but you need to ask the person directly working in the breakfast room. The hotel is pricey for the country in which it is in - and compared to other hotels in other countries, but it is a good value given what can be found in Bratislava. |

Very good location, right in the center, within walking distance of all major attractions. Quit and relaxing. Poor breakfast and staff quite rigid. |

I liked the comfort of the room, central location, good and reasonably priced restaurant. I liked the parking facilities which I though were very secure, although cramped, but I experienced no problems. The staff were helful and courteous. I thought the room rates were quite expensive even for a 4 star hotel in a central location. I have stayed in better 4 star hotels for less money. |

The hotel is very new, clean, slick, somewhat stylish, and has all the necessary facilities. The rooms are also quite large. It's a good business hotel, and not too expensive either. |

The location of the hotel with respect to the historic centre of Bratislava; the size of the room and the facilities/cleanliness provided. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly; the convenience of the hotel having it's own taxi. It would be choice hotel if/when I visit the city again. Nothing to put here |

Extremely modern accomodation, spacious & clean rooms, friendly hotel staff, very affordable breakfast for European standards (6 EUR) but would have preferred it was included, they were extremely helpful on sending me back some clothing I left behind I had trouble reaching the hotel by phone to make changes to my reservation and to follow up with some clothing left behind, but when I did everyone was very friendly |

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, the hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Old Town and all the historic sites and I was delighted with every aspect of my stay there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, in fact it is a plus for them, but when my friends and I arrived they had received no notification of our booking and could not give us the accomodation we wanted ( one twin and one single ) for the first night. The desk clerk allocated us three singles for the first night and then our preferred accomodation for the remaining two nights. |

The location was great, hotel staff was very pleasent but still need to be more trained, day to day housekeeping should be a bit better, nice folding of towels, spa should be already finished after 4 months after opening, overal = good |

Relatively central hotel and near transport including the Airport Bus It was like an upmarket Travel Lodge - fine to stay and nothing particularly bad but there was no personality to it. Functional and that's about it. |
