An absolutely quiet, relaxing atmosphere. All you need for a comfortable stay. The free Wifi, available absolutely through the whole hotel, which is not the case in many Hungarian hotels, was a great plus.

No air-conditioning. Though we were in February, so it didn't bother us", I think air-conditioning is a must nowadays at the 4 star Hotel. I will never go to a hotel without air-conditioning in Central Europe in the summer months.

Old fashioned, old style huge spa hotel complex. Completely not fit for business trips. Breakfast decent.

There was the smell of food throughout the entire hotel. Internet connection in the room was very bad.

A bit difficult to get to from abroad, but worth it once you get there. The whole complex was very impressive and, although it could do with a face-lift on the outside, inside it was very well maintained and nicely presented. The whole complex is very interesting and well-kept and I am just sorry that all I had time for was a swim....

It was very difficult to arrange an iron. There was a room you could use, but you had to arrange it during working hours, which is not easy if you are in meetings. An iron & ironing board in the room would be useful (and expected also for a 4* hotel). Tea & coffee-making facilities in the room would be nice (and expected also for a 4* hotel). The restaurant staff could use some training.... But really these were minor irritations - overall it is a very nice place.

The staff was very helpful, in particular the cleaning ladies. The spa was quite nice, good athmosphere. Location is very good. Lots of treatments available, despite we didn't try any.

This hotel hasn't been refurbished for years. The decoration was really old, few things in the room were broken (a lamp and some tiles in the bathroom), the toilette was so old i'd never seen anything like that. I didn't enjoy most of the food. We booked 2 nights just to enjoy the spa facilities, so really dissapointed to wake up on Monday to find the pool was empty and on cleaning process; we had to use a different hotel's pool which didn't have any spa facilities. Too expensive for the quality.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms, shabby, not good value for money

Grosses und zum Teil günstiges Wellness- und Kurangebot. Das Hotel ist auf der wunderschönen Kurinsel sehr gut gelegen. Frühstück war toll.

totalni absence mistni bohate kuchyne v hotelove jidelne. Kuchyn z tohoto regionu znam, pred vice jak 60-ti lety jsem se narodil 18 km od Piestan, i když 43 let ziji trvale mimo Slovensko. Je to v neprospech. Rozumne vedeni preferuje mistni zvyklosti a ne stravovani fastfoodove, ve vsech hotelich stejne ... Doporucuje se poucit v hotelu Park In, Madari se nestydi za svou kuchyn, ktera je ostatne v podstate identicka s JZ Slovenskem.

Clovek mal pohodlie, ze nemusel vlacit uteraky a zupany, a takto mohol chodit na procedury aj do welnes. Nemuseli sme sa prezliekat. Je aj super, ked sa welnes moze vyuzivat pocas celeho pobytu neobmedzene. Aj i-net bezplatne pri recepcii je dobry napad. Dakujeme.

Neboli instrukcie na pouzivanie sauny, myslim podrobne instrukcie. Pretoze niektori starsi ludia boli prvy raz a nevedeli, co maju robit. Tiez sa stalo, ze starsi muzi chodili do sauny uplna nahi, hoci nam poskytli plachty. Sedeli s holymi zadkami na lavickach a to bolo nechutne. I do odpocivarne raz prisiel nejaky stary pan uplne holy, co bolo komicke a nechutne.. mozno je exhibicionista, ale malo by to byt striktne uvedene, ze do odpocivarne v zupanoch a do sauny v plachtach, kedze je to zmiesane welnes. I postup, ze po parnej do odpocivarne a nie do studenej vody, ze do tej vody len z finskej s... Neverili by ste, ale ludia to tam nevedeli, co maju robit. Ina velka spokojnost.

Na stránke booking.com nebola informácia, že v deň kedy som si vybrala tento hotel bude sanitárny deň vo vodnom a saunovom svete. Keďže som tam mohla byť len jednu noc, nemala som možnosť navštíviť saunový svet. Bazén bol k dispozícii vo vedľajšom hoteli. Hotel som si vyberala kvôli saune a bazénu.

Hotel aj vsetky sluzby boli na vysokej urovni. Personal bol vejmi ochotny.

Wellness- bzw. Kureinrichtungen gut - sehr gut; Personal in diesem Bereich sehr freundlich und kompetent; Service im gesamten Hotelbereich (Balneal Esplanade!) zuverlässig und angenehme Athmosphäre

Essenangebot (Mittag, Abend), soweit pauschal (!) vorgebucht: Das Angebot beschränkt sich auf nur wenige und kaum wechselnde Gerichte, alle etwas fad und, höflich ausgedrückt, mehr als schlicht zu bereitet. Die Hotelleitung sollte sich vielleicht doch mal nach einem neuen Chefkoch umsehen. Das kann man bei gleichem Aufwand sehr viel besser machen. Wir haben nach 2 Tagen darauf verzichtet und nur noch à la carte (eigenes Speisezimmer) gegessen: Das aber in jeder Hinsicht empfehlens- und lobenswert!
