Stayed there for 2 weeks with a 3 year old boy. The stay was pleasant, treatment is good, staff friendly, location convenient to get to the town which is about 1 km away or to have a nice stroll in a big park. The park is really nice - wide paths, almost no cars, with fish in a pool to feed and birds to watch. My little one never got bored. Feels safe and clean. I did not like food which came in "package" deal as to my taste it was way too salty. The food in the main restaurant was ok but required long waiting (45 min on one occasion). The other thing was when we booked a taxi via the hotel and I specifically asked for a baby seat (1 hour drive to the airport) it came on time and the driver was nice and professional but without the car seat! So my little one had to go to the airport unfastened.

Termální venkovní bazén a prostředí hotelu. Ano, doporučil zvláště pro návštěvníky středního a vyššího věku. Líbil se mě klid, pořádek, čistota....odpovídá to 4 *. Líbila se mě hudba v kavárně (bratři klavír a housle), bylo to velmi příjemné posezení. Když jsem objednával rezervaci, chtěl jsem si objednat a dohodnout telefonicky procedůry. Nikde na internetu nebylo tel. číSlo. Na čísle uvedeném v potvrzení rezervace to nikdo nebral. číSlo na recepci jsem nenašel. Na pokoji jsem měl župan s roztrženým rukávem. To by se stávat nemělo ve Vaší kategorii

Jak vyplývá z výše uvedeného hodnocení, byli jsme v h. Palace velmi spokojeni. jen u odpoledního buffetu na chodbě mi vadilo umělohmotné nádobí, které se k úrovni hotelu nehodilo.
