Hotel Bankov Košice    

Everything. Staff very friendly and professionbal. Food was very good, good selection of wine. Location was lovely (if you like remote locations). Taxi ride to and from twon was included in the price. For the price I paid you wouldn't anything like this in most places in Europe, even this far from town. Looking forward to my next stay.

Can't think of anything significant. Just no room service after 10. Bit unusual for a four star hotel. Oh no Wifi in the bedroom, bit dissapointing, but at least there was cable. Breakfast buffet a bit limited. But pluses far out-weighed minuses. Pool was very small.

Attractive building, lovely surroundings, impressive interior and paintings on walls; superb cuisine (although breakfast was rather poor)

We were unable to enjoy dinner (or breakfast) in the impressive dining room, due to it being prepared for a business meeting; dowdy bedroom; appeared to be little effort made to make it a memorable stay;

The staff. Everyone of the staff that I met and spoke with were very friendly and very willing to help with anything I needed. The owners have a great team of staff on board. I travel extensively and these staff could all train hotel staff from anywhere!!! The hotel is located in the countryside in the hills outside the city. So if you have transport and don't mind not being in the center, this is a great place to stay.

Traditional, old manor style accommodation. Beautifully restored and very stylish. Parking for guests was good. It was quite a distance from town and the Bankov provided a free taxi service to and from town for guests. The people on reception were amazingly helpful and personable. Rooms were very comfortable. Quite smart accommodation on the whole.

Skvelé miesto v prírode, neďaleko centra Košíc. Príjemné relax centrum, ústretový personál, skvelé jedlo.

Отличный отель. Номер просто супер. Серпантин от города до отеля, как будто только дорога туда и ведет. Очень красиво. Хороший завтрак.

Приехали в 3 ночи (бронировали в 0-30). Дали номер не убранный, но что сообщили что нас не ждали))) После 20мин офрмления все- таки нашли номер. Не удосужились сообщить, что вай фай на 2 этаже с другим логином. Но это не омрачило всего того прекрасного впечатления от отеля.

Уютный отель на окраине города, но бесплатное такси в центр города (такси VIP класса, что приятно )))). Оригиналы картин на стенах (продаются) - очень понравились!!!, Отзывчивый приятный персонал! Обстановка домашнего уюта! Нам с друзьями очень понравилось!!!

Номера тесноваты. Кафе на улице не уютное, может в мае еще не обустроили. В СПА зоне не хватает уюта (может зеленых растений ))))

Мы путешествовали на своем автомобиле, и нам очень понравилась живописная дорога от города до отеля, а так как отель находится рядом с городом, то неожиданно попадаешь в атмосферу зимней сказки и уюта. В ресторане хорошее обслуживание, и очень вкусно готовят. На завтрак обслуживают официанты. Удобная и бесплатная парковка. Бесплатный качественный интернет. Телевидение с русскими программами. Отель оформлен картинами оригинального художника.

Am petrecut revelionul in aceasta frumoasa locatie, si ne dorim sa ajungem si la vara , fiind un loc minunat. Ospitalitatea de care dau dovada angajatii este cu adevarat surprinzatoare , la fel de surprinsi am fost si de varietatea gastronomiei si pregatirea cu mare atentie a tot ceea ce se pune la dispozitia turistilor.

Un pic cam rece in camera in prima zi, dar la cerere am primit imediat un radiator pe care apoi l-am avut la dispozitie , dar nu a mai trebuit folosit deoarece din a doua zi a fost excelent.

Foarte aproape de Kosice, ca un fel de Faget la Cluj, hotelul ofera bune conditii de cazare si o bucatarie buna. Este un hotel facut intr-un fost castel, care pastreaza inca o atmosfera placuta in restaurant si in camere. / Near by Kosice, actually, one of its neighbourhoods, the hotel offers good accomodation and kitchen. It is one of Slovakia's oldest hotels, using actually an ex-castle and keeping a nice atmosphere.

Nu toate camerele au aer conditionat si se poate dovedi util, in caz de canicula... Totusi zidurile groase mai opun ceva rezistenta caldurii intense de vara. / Not all rooms are air conditionning equipped and this is very useful on intense heat. Anyway, the thick walls oppose some resistance to the intense summer heat of Kosice.

Krásne umístnění hotela v přírodě a ideálni na relax a odpočinek.

Bohužel pokoje jsou nedostatečně odhlučněné. V pokoji je všechno slyšet jak ze společné chodby tak i z vedlejšícj pokojů.

Hodně malé pokoje, zřejmě původně jednolůžkové pokoje předělané na dvoulůžkové = opravdu málo místa na větší zavazadla, dost rozbitá příjezdová cesta k hotelu

Dobre jedzenie, cicha okolica , mini spa , idealny dla podróżnych z psami

Dosyc daleko od centrum , brak klimy , małe pokoje

останавливались в этом отеле транзитом в июне 2012 года. отель похож на замок внутри. очень помпезно, красивые номера. можно записаться в спа зону (продолжительность 2 часа)

длеко от самого города, не было кондиционера в номере при темпиратуре + 35 на улице. персонал сказал, что в этих номерах (куда нас поселили) он не предусмотрен, так как окна выходят в лес. территории нет (отель находится пря у дороги), отель рассчитан только что бы переночивать и все.

Príjemný hotel. Je blízko mesta a zároveň veľmi ďaleko. Je tam krásne a nie je to až tak drahé. Neviem či existuje niečo lepšie v košiciach a okolí. Ak chcete super luxus, tak hľadajte inde, ale ak chcete niečo pekné a príjemné, tak nehľadajte nič iné. Len na booking.com je to nafigu že sme si hladali hotel deň pred tým, a na druhý deň sa to už nedá odhlásiť ani keby ste napr."zomrel" bez poplatku. Mali sme dôvody ńa odchod z košíc, ale ked sme si zrátali, koľko by sme zaplatili za zrušenie rezervácie, tak sme radšej zostali v Košiciach. A nebanujeme :) Ale to je trošku zádrheľ rezervácie u "bookinkg.com . Hotel a miesto je bomba :) Díky

Nie je čo napísať :) Len sme nepochopili, prečo sú Košice Európskym mestom kultúry :o Vyzerá to tam nie moc kultúrne.

Die Lage war super, gute Anbindung an die Stadt Kosice. Das Abendessen im Restaurant des Hotels war sehr gut und preisgünstig.

Unser Zimmer war eine absolute Frechheit. Bei der Buchung wurden uns schöne Bilder der Zimmer präsentiert, es sollte sich um ein Komfort-Doppelzimmer mit 18 Quadratmetern handeln, modern und sauber. Genau das aber war nicht der Fall, das Zimmer war extrem klein, unsere Koffer hatten kaum Platz, es gab nicht mal einen Schrank! Man hatte Mühe sich überhaupt in dem Zimmer zu bewegen, hat man einen Koffer geöffnet, war das Zimmer praktisch voll. Schnitt des Zimmers gleicht einer Besenkammer. Der Teppich sowie die Möbel waren alt und ungepflegt, das Bad war auch eine Zumutung, aus der Dusche kam nur ein einziger harter Strahl und meistens kam nach 2 Minuten Warmwasser eisigkaltes Wasser aus dem Duschkopf. Die Glühbirnen in dem Zimmer waren entweder gar nicht vorhanden oder kaputt. Der Badezimmerspiegel war an einer Ecke abgebrochen, Verletzungsgefahr! Dazu kam noch Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Darüber hinaus gab es zwar einen kostenlosen Internetzugang mit Kabel, die Steckverbindung des Kabels war allerdings dermaßen abgebrochen, dass jeder Internetzugangsversuch kläglich scheiterte. Als wir uns dann bei der Hotelangestellten an der Rezeption beschwerten und auf die eigentlichen (schönen) Fotos bei booking.com hinwiesen, sagte diese noch ganz unbeeindruckt, dass die Fotos, die bei booking.com als Komfortzimmer angezeigt werden, nicht zum Komfortzimmer, sondern zum Deluxezimmer gehören! dies sei ihr zwar bekannt, aber schließlich habe sie die Bilder ja nicht eingestellt...unfassbar. Auch hatte man uns eine Reparatur der Dusche sowie des Internetkabels versprochen, bis zu unserer Abreise (3 Tage später) hatte sich indes schlicht nichts getan. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel wurde nicht ermöglicht. Dafür dass es sich bei dem Hotel Bankov Kosice um ein 4 Sterne Hotel handeln soll, war das Zimmer sowie der Service eine absolute Katastrophe! Auch das Frühstück war eher lieblos, keine Abwechslung, Tiefkühlbrot/-brötchen, überreifes Obst.
