The location is good, and great view of the donau
the beds were a buit unconfortable, and was a bit hot
Great, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Different experience. Totally worth the money
The location is excellent. Less than 15 minute walk into Old Town. 5 mins other direction takes you to lots of nice cafés/restaurants. The staff were lovely. Helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was okay on the one occasion we made it before ten. The room/toilet were cabin sized - it is a boat! But beds really comfortable and clean. We really loved staying here and would go back again.
No hair dryer. (I had taken my own luckily). Old tv which we didn't even try. Fridge didn't work nor did the air conditioning. The towels are a joke! 1 small bath towel between two & two hand towels all of which were grey with age and rough as sand paper (thin sandpaper). But you get what you pay for and it was really cheap. The whole boat is aging and tired but I still loved it and would go back again.
Close to old town. Great view on river.
Women from reception cheated me calling taxi which was 2 times more expensive. I noticed that she wrote discreetly information about commissions for hotel.
Excellent location Friendly staff Good prices Great experience
Rooms could do with a little bit od refurbishment
The location was good, we could do everything by foot.
Garage for our car was difficult.
The location is close to old town, and it's 20 mins to walk to aupark a shopping mall. Bus connections are close by. This location is really great
We loved the novelty of being on a boat and the staff were fantastic.
The room was very hot and the aircon didn't work very well.
good location low price good staff
breakfast and especially coffee in powder
Novelty of staying on a boat. Very close to old town. Staff helpful. Good choice at breakfast buffet.
Room (cabin) very cramped. Room very hot - no a/c. Boat is next door to a party boat, which blasted out thumping music and a loud DJ until 02:30. Starting at 05:30 partying Brits were knocking on all cabin doors trying to find their rooms. May not be a problem on most nights but we stayed Friday night.
Staff were pleasant. Novelty of being located on a boat with the old fashioned facilities
No working television and no replacement or repair
Breakfast on the botel with nice view of SNP bridge (and UFO). They have piano in the dinning room. Staff is hospitable and accommodating. They try to help you with every problem you have.
Excellent location, good breakfast, unique experience to spend the night in a botel.
the room is a bit small but since is a boat hostel we expected so. for 1 night there was no problem because of this :)
Staff were fantastic and couldn't of been more helpful. Have stayed a few times and will return as Bratislava is a regular destination and this hotel has always been accommodating
Terrific location, easy walk to the old town, short walk to bus to train station. Quiet and peaceful. I liked the gentle rocking when boats passed by. Room was of course a small cabin, but adequate. Nice to eat or relax on the enclosed deck.
The place was just this side of seedy. Torn wallcoverings, threadbare carpet in public areas. Approach was grubby and overgrown. Toilet smelled bad. Windows were not clean.TV was tiny and ancient and just dirty. Breakfast was the usual and adequate, but the food in the Indian restaurant, while certainly edible, was not quite up to par.
Very friendly staff, excellent Indian restaurant on the boat, excellent wifi connection.
Very very hot in the room without AC, small and extremely hot in the bathroom (I would not recommend for summer months) but we still had a good time! Location - mediocre.
Location was good. Danube experience that the Botel offers is something out of the ordinary. The staff was very cooperative and helpful.
The rooms were too small and badly maintained. The air conditioning was not working so it was super hot in the rooms and sleeping inside was a torture. The bathrooms were another torture,,,,too small and badly equipped and the towels provided were like napkins!
restaurant above, horrible staff, horrible taste of meal, burnt, not fresh and super incredible value of this food.
The location The atmosphere
The boat traffic on the river The noice on the riverside on Friday evening
Good position near the centre
Breakfast is quite poor, the toilet in the room is very small, the hair dryer doesn't work well, they should buy a new one
Good position! Singular place where pass the night!
one component of the staff has laugh at me without apparent reason! this thing is happened two, three times during my staying! This facts shouldn't happen in a serious hotel!
The staff was always very friendly, the room was small but comfortable, there was free breakfast provided, and it was very close to the old section of town right on the river.
The breakfast was the same thing every day, which got tedious after a few days. A little bit of change would be nice.
breakfast a bit too simple - but for that price...
