Lovely atmosphere, cleanliness and décor just right for the hotel, not imposing yet fitting. Food was exquisite and spa was cosy and relaxing. Our room was next to a fan extractor from the kitchen, that was noisy and windows lead directly to a balkony to which all guests and staff have access when going to spa.

Opravdu snaživý personál. Objekt nebyl původně stavěn jako hotel a je to velmi znát v dispozicích. Spousta schodů (poprvé jsem zažil schody i v rámci koupelny) v celém hotelu, pro starší hosty to musí být velmi náročné.

Hotel je krasne zariadeny, zimna zahrada, v ktorej sa podavaju ranajky, je doslova zazitok. Nehovoriac o ajurvedskych kupeloch. Odporucam pozriet stranky hotela a virtualnu prehliadku tychto miest. Celkovo hodnotim tento hotel za vsetko od pristupu personalu cez zariadenie izby az po Spa na 10 z 10.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious, clean and had a beautiful decor. The bathroom was huge! Location of the hotel was convenient (close to shops and transportation services). The hotel also has a very nice fancy restaurant that serves great food at all times of the day. Overall a fantastic place to stay (one of my favourite on this vacation). Will definitely be staying here again upon my return to Kosice. Highly recommend it!!! Well worth the price!!! There was construction outside of the hotel making access in and out (especially with luggage) inconvenient and difficult. Noisy in the mornings depending on which way your room faces. The hotel does not have an elevator adding to the inconvenience when carrying luggage up and down the stairs (especially to and from the second floor). But the staff (and even hotel manager/owner) was more than happy to help carry my belongings when checking in and out. Slightly disappointed that there was no fitness room, although there are 2 gyms within walking distance.

All reception staff could speak English which is rare in that city. Very friendly service. The only negative is that the shower did not stay at the same temperature. Changed between hot and cold allot. Everything else was perfect.
