Està ubicat en un lloc excel·lent en relació al bus que de l'aeroport i just al costat de l'estació de trens. L'hotel té una estètica molt agradable i amb els detalls molt ben cuidats. Molt recomanable! Especialment si trobes una oferta que permeti pagar un preu competitiu.

I loved the design of the room, the glass wall of the bathroom (not the toilet though) with a pullable curtain. I loved the bathroom itself and in general the whole room and the bar. Breakfast was outstanding, great selection, healthy food included, delicious scrambled eggs, all kinds of goodies. I would definitely stay here again despite the fact that the location is less than ideal. The staff (except for one - see below) were kind, professional and forthcoming.

The receptionist we had the first night should be fired. A girl with an absolutely unacceptable attitude, not a smile, as if we were pulling her teeth checking into two rooms we already paid for. The next day she rudely shut me up when I wanted to ask for a cab while she and another guest were waiting for something (maybe the credit card going through, I don't know, neither talked for minutes) that clearly took a long time. Her boss on the other hand jumped up from an office behind her inquiring if he could help. He did. When we spoke to our colleagues staying at the same hotel, it turned out that they got the same treatment from this woman. She also booked 5o euros per day per person for the minibar, but when I did use the minibar it was not filled up the next day at all.

Balance between money vs. quoality of service is awsome , very good and nice hotel , near herth of Bratislava.

Felt secure, as room key is used to activate the lift. Room decent sized, good layout. Good sized bathroom and huge shower. Convenient to train station, bit of a walk into town.

Room cleaner didn't refresh the hotel brand shower gel and soaps. Had to put out a door sign asking for room to be cleaned.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice walk into centre, excellent deals with taxi firm, modern rooms.

Mini bar is very expensive even for soft drinks.

Quiet, clean, helpful staff and very convenient for railway station.

The viewing window into the shower room was a bit odd!

Ideal location - closest hotel to the Central station and buses to airport. 20 mins to the Old town by feet. Superb rooms.

Half of rooms don't have outer view from windows.

It was my very pleasant stay in Mercury Hotel Very easy to find - it is literally next door to Bratislava Main Station. Nice personnel, amasing and clean rooms with all necessary basic stuff. The guys at the reception have been very polite and friendly. They called for taxi (I would have paid double price if catching up it on the street, as they told). I truly enjoyed my stay in Mercury. With them all good luck!

Bed was most comfortable of the travels, like the room size and bathroom

Reception not the friendliest I encountered Staff were being trained while I was checked albeit the manager was really nice and helpfully pity about the other staff. Would have to say prob would not stay here again just lacked atmosphere and a bit too cold for me

Design of room amazing plus housekeeping do very good job with cleaning . Rastislav at reception polite

Bed is not comfortable - no topper , no protector at mattress take me long time to fall asleep. And staff at reception behaviour while asking some question not look to my face and not answering so had to find answer on my own

Location near main Railway Station

For this style of Hotel I found one of the bins had not been emptied in the room

The rooms are spacy, modern and very calm. It was our second time to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect, the bar is great and I have never experienced such helpful staff! They were all exceptionally helpful!

For my budget it was a little expensive, but it was defiantly worth the extra money.

Great atmosphere, very comfy and the staff were excellent. Definitely will stay there again.
