Stylish hotel with nice atmosphere. The room was tidy, breakfast offered enough to choose from and we loved the smell of toiletries the hotel offered. Free wifi worked well. The airconditioning didn't work in our room and it was impossible to sleep because it was too hot. For the next night it was fixed, but still it didn't work as should've. Also the mattress was horribly hard and made sleeping with a bad back challenging. The staff wasn't too helpful on solving these issues. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages. The breakfast was not included. The breakfast offered at the hotel was expensive considering the variety and quality.

Hotel was perfect. The price and quality for it was really amazing. Everything there was excellent. The biggest impression for us was: quality of rooms and good service. Hotel looks like new one, there is clean and modern.

This was by far the best hotel I've ever been to! Service was excellent, beautyful staff! I would recomend this hotel to everybody who's going to Bratislava! I forget the name of the guy who did our check in.. But I want to thank him a lot for making our stay in the hotel a weekend we will never forget! Thank all you staff to because it was realy an excellent service and mentality!

I enjoyed one night in this hotel, room was very clean and design modern with nice bathroom and coffee/tea facility in the room. Price was very good for the room. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks The only disadvantage of the hotel was price of breakfast - 16 euro which I believe is incredible.

A few minutes walk from the Train Station, so ideal if you intend to pop on the train to Vienna. Buses and Trams plentiful and the hotel is only a 15 minute walk into the centre. Very clean, staff friendly, nice decor. Ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. Overall, very impressed The room was very warm, the airconditioning wasn't particularly powerful and although is wasn't too noisy with the window open, it only opened ajar, so not enough to cool the room a huge amount.

Very polite and extremely helpful staff made my stay in Slovakia very pleasant. I would have preferred an iron / ironing board available to my room instead of having to use a small room on the top floor (or better to be able to pay for an ironning service)

Staff were so helpful and friendly, providing a local map at check in. Having come from a hotel in Vienna where staff made you feel like an inconvenience, the mercure was wonderful! Comfy chairs in the lobby and welcoming bar area. Hotel sign was visible from train station, making it easy to find. Would certainly stay again.

Fresh look, great location close to the main railway station, competent staff The restaurant and the bar are the weak link in this hotel. Food was relatively okay, but service is erratic - sometimes quite good, sometimes they are completely confused about what's on offer, and it takes long.

Very nice room, staff were excellent. Facilities were great. Unfortunately, the hotel was very cold - almost throughout. I suspect this was due to the weather at large, however, I had a lot of trouble adjusting the temperature in my room and also in a business meeting room I used.
