Great hotel. Staff speaks all English and is very handfull. We stayed here for business, restaurant and spa is awesome. Best hotel of Kosice.

We don't usually stay at expensive hotels, but this was a one-night "splurge" for us, and we thought it was well worth it in every way. We arrived by train before noon, (the hotel is a short walk from the station), so asked to leave our luggage while we began sight-seeing, and we were surprised that our room was ready for early check-in. We appreciated the plate of fruit in our room and the free drink vouchers as well. After a long day of walking around Košice, the Roman spa was a delightful way to relax. The breakfast in the morning was bountiful and delicious. We would love to return to this wonderful hotel!

Very competent and friendly staff - always helpful. Location was absolutely perfect, right at the heart of Kosice. The hotel really has a charming boutique style.

Both the location and fiendliness of staff were exceptional. Located in a quiet street just of the main square in Kosice, second largest city of Slovakia, one cannot ask for a better location. Parking on site very convenient in a very parking restricted environment is also a bonus.. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary services available as well as free wi-fi.

Very central location (10 minute walking distance from train station), courteous and helpful staff, and special touches like fruit upon arrival, vouchers for complimentary drinks, etc. The spa was also very nice, though not big (enough for a few couples).

Nothing other than there was some trouble with the router for one day.

Location - just by the city center. Breakfast is very good. It is a small friendly hotel

Payment for the parking of 9 euro a day. The rooms are small.

The rooms in the Bristol hotel are more like a modern apartment, very nicely decorated. I would say the rooms are the best part of the hotel. Also the breakfast is very good with a great selection. Also visited the spa which was good. Overall this is a very good 4 star hotel.

Очень приветливый, доброжелательный и услужливый персонал, особенно рецепционист Сона. Изумительный вид на город с террасы 2 этажа.

Ни одного ТВ-канала на русском языке.

A Hotel nagyon tiszta, elegáns, vendégbarát, egyáltalán semmi panaszkodnivalót nem tudunk említeni! A szoba nagyon szép és modern, a wellness rész is nagyon igényes, a személyzet előzékeny, a reggeli nagyon finom és változatos. Nagyon ajánljuk azoknak, akik Kassát meg szeretnék ismerni és egy pillanat alatt a városközpontban szeretnék találni magukat!

Minden tökéletes volt, semmi panasz vagy negatív kommentár.

La qualité de l'accueil : boisson offerte à l'arrivée, coupe de fruits dans la chambre, lettre de bienvenue personnalisée. La décoration et le confort, à la fois chic, intime et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner copieux et servi jusqu'à 11h le dimanche. Le parking et la possibilité de garder la chambre jusqu'à midi. L'accès au spa gratuit,avec le peignoir dans la chambre.

De ne pas pouvoir garder son maillot dans le spa pourtant mixte (drap et serviettes fournis cependant).

Především vstřícnost a ochota personálu, v čele s ředitelem.

V současné době je do hotelu ztížený příjezd autem z důvodu rekonstrukce vozovky. A tento hotel stahuje cenu z karty okamžitě - platební karta zde neslouží jako jistina...:-(

CZ: Hezký, útulný hotel v samotném středu Košic. Jednolůžkové pokoje jsou vcelku standardní, ale příjemné. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. V ceně ubytování je přístup do římských koupelí (bazének, sauna, vířivka). EN: Nice, cosy hotel right in the centre of Košice. Single rooms are quite standard but pleasant. Nice and helpful staff. The entrance to the Roman Spa is for free.

CZ: Nezvyklý byl zákaz vstupu do římským koupelí v plavkách. Asi je to v tomto typu zařízení obvyklé, já osobně jsem se ale mezi tolika naháči necítila moc dobře.
