A la différence de ces français raleurs, c'est la 4ème fois que nous y allons et toujours avec beaucoup de plaisir, afin, d'y passer 1 week- end agréable-reposant-culturel (proximité du théatre), et de profiter de son spa. |

Lacalisation parfaite au centre ville, mais d'un accès difficile en voiture Le personnel de réception, aimable, ne connait rien sur les sites à visiter (horaires, localisation). le même personnel oublie de vous préciser que le spa de l'hotel dit "Roman Spa" est naturiste... |

Restaurant à spécialités italiennes très correct Dernière semaine de juillet, le monde de l'eau(piscine, spa...) pas encore ouvert et même pas indiqué sur internet avec à peine une explication de la part de la personne à l'acceuil |

Le charme et le confort de l'hôtel Le bruit sur la terrasse, dans la cour, jusqu'à 2h30, la nouriture au restaurant ( nous faire prendre des moules pour des coquilles Saint- Jacques), la mauvaise fois du garçon qui nous soutenait que c'était des petites saint-jacques. La facturation de ce plat, malgré le retour en cuisine de ce dernier. Le sentiment de n'être pas le bien venu. |

Sa situation très proche du centre ville. Une possibilité d'avoir une lpace de parking sécurisée pour la voiture. Un personnel accueillant et disponible. L'accès au jaccusi, au sauna et au bain turc est réservé aux personnes ... sans maillot de bain ! Il conviendrait de le préciser dans le descriptif des services offerts par l'hôtel. |

We loved this hotel. Hotel staff was very attentive and gave us extra care. Rooms were nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Small extras like free internet, premium TV channells and complimentary spa have pleased us. This hotel was just great. |

The locaction was central to everything we needed including shopping and night life. The staff were great, the hotel was clean and modern. The central lift to the 2 floors was very noisey, also you can hear other people in their rooms, moving around and closing doors, including the bathroom extracters, The bathroom extracter in our room kept coming on all night by itself and was very loud. The walls are very thin, and it was difficult to sleep. I suggest that when promoting the Roman Spa, the hotel make people aware that bikini's or swimming wear is not permitted to be worn, the sight of 2 very large, fat naked men walking around the spa was not a very pleasant sight, the spa should have been for all users of the hotel and it does not state anyware upon booking the the spa is a naked spa, we were looking for a relaxing weekend including spa facilities. We were dissapointed. |

The location just off the main square was perfect. The reception was charming and helpful in every way. Breakfast was included and set up beautifully with many choices of freshly prepared food. The room was large, quite attractive and very clean. This hotel was perfect in every way. |

I liked the location, pleasant staff, quality of rooms and fine breakfast. Overall a fine establishment to which I hope to return. The price is a little high and the lighting, although very sophisticated is too much so. Light in bath room goes on and off, on its own. Very frustrating. |

I found the hotel staff to be very responsive and friendly. I especially enjoyed the raňajky so sebou(breakfast to go) that Sonya had prepared for me. That was special! The ceiling was a little low in room 212. Several times I had to pay attention to the sloping ceilng when I would rise from the bed. |

Excellent location in downtown Kosice. High speed internet through cable. Relatively small hotel with nice lounge/bar facilities. Very clean. Private parking available for 9 € per day. Highly recommended. |

A problem with the room was handled by the hotel manager solidly and professionally. Wide selection of quality food at breakfast. Pleasant (but small) wellness area. Quality room furniture (wood and leather), however in contrast with cheap ceiling lighting. The bathrobe was provided, but the slippers were missing, so you have to wear shoes to get to the hotel wellness area. |
