It's a special place for those who likes houses and life in a village :). Nice place for one night with good kitchen and pleasant stuff. Privet parking is a plus.
Poor breakfast, relatively expensive to eat here. The location needs a renewal.
Nice staff but not enough English speaking
Empty room, no,chair, no table, no cupboard, only 2 beds. Noise of the Children playing near the room very early in the morning
Peaceful, suitable for sleep-over, plentiful breakfast, good money value. Staff speaking perfect English. Available to travelers with their own transportation!
dirty bathroom floor
Als je van paarden hou dan zit je goed hier.
Very poor buffet breakfast - horrible coffee (they probably want you to buy a real coffee at the bar!). The worst problem though was the noise- even though the guest house is located 15km from the city center, there is a busy express way nearby and some idiot decided to build a bird cage with two extremely noisy parrots right at the staircase! If you're planning on waking up at 4am, no need for an alarm clock!! We still haven't figured out what the owner was thinking when they were putting parrots in a hotel hallway... :O
The worst accomodation I ever had. Next days after my booking I received a call from the hotel saying that actually the room was booked and booking.com is the issue that does not actualize in due time the bookings. Really I did not swallow it! After that they told me to come anyway because they will offer me another room to a better price. Guess what: the real asked price was bigger than the one on booking.com!!! The room was extremely poor . My kids were refusing to take a shower. And they are just 5 and 8 years old!!! In the night the hotel switched of the heating and we were freezing . No other blanket was available in the room. We had to cover us just some sheets!!! Due to this I am lying down in the bed since 5 days with high fever.Waking up at 4.00 AM is not funny after a day of driving. And this was due to hundred of birds ,dogs and horses. In addition on the hotel coridor they have 4 parrots who made a big noise early in the morning... The breakfast was awful, the fried eggs were done hours before and serve as fresh...As per my travelling experience I would take this hotel out of the tourism circuit! Never ever to be recommended.
friendly staff,quiet place
breakfast was a surprise:-)
The rooms were not clean:-(
Free and secure parking Price Public transportation available
Rooms were basic, not even an abat-jour to read. Bathroom needed remodeling, as there was a leakage from shower. Position was quite away from city centre. Tickets for public transports could not be bought in the environs.
This nice and little guesthouse is located a little bit outside from Bratislava together with a horse farm. The staff has been very friendly and spoke a good English or German. Also the food was good and had a fair price like the whole overnight stay. So for us as students it was good place to stay with only one unnecessary shade.
Actually our rooms were clean when we entered them. Floor, bed, shower and toilette clean. But the rack above the sink and the toothbrush tumbler still showed marks from the visitor before. So we think the cleaning should be a bit more forceful. Also not necessary are loose wires or lampshades. So dear Team of the C'est la vie please look for a little bit more quality in this points and your guests will enjoy their stay much more.
Territory Great staff Fine breakfast
Bad wifi signal Far from the city, but if you travel by car it's not a problem Wasn't possible to ride a horse
Really wonderful prices and rooms. Place to park a car and a lot of place to walk.
A little bit dirty.
good breakfast, large room, close to city (10 minutes from city centre), good price
It was not soo clean, they have to work about cleaning the rooms( fridge etc)
The room were Ok
I would not stay at this place again: - It was difficult to find -poorly sign posted, poorly lit at night - The morning staff at the counter were simply rude. No greeting (there was greeting for the local Slovakians but none for us foreigners!) - She was on the phone for the 20 minutes we were in the breakfast area. - There was no provision for non-meat-eaters!
Evening meals in the restaurant
We are sending a formal complaint to booking.com regarding this "hotel" The number of problems with this hotel are too extensive to list here. Come for a meal but please don't consider staying here!
Spacious rooms suitable for travelers with dogs, there´s actually nothing they can damage.
Food is the drawback. It´s very expensive and not tasty! Breakfast was a disaster ... there was actually nothing to eat!!! Overall we paid 62 euros for a room and two dogs and it wasn´t worth it!
Could be ok with young children because the horses and a small playground but... Breakfast acceptable, but not for the price of the hotel.
...Many things were awful. We arrived after the time we announced and the room was not ready. When we came back at night we entered the room and it was still dirty (the bed for our daughter was full of hairs and the linen were not changed..very bad smell..). The level of cleaning of the room was very superficial. Additionally the window was broken and open, we had to sleep the 3 of us in one bad (the less dirty) and with the window open (after they gave us the keys everybody disappeared, so nobody available to complain neither a phone to call and ask for a change of room). The price we paid (70€ per night) is definitively too high for the quality of the hotel (and taking into account that in the center of Prague for the same amount you find fantastic hotels). We selected because of the parking, but if you plan to go to Bratislava the price for parking in the city is really high (in some cases more than 20€ for half a day) so better to stay in the center and pay the parking at the hotel. There are no soaps in the room (unless you consider a small 1 gr soap as such...) I do not recommend this hotel and I would recommend booking to make a better analysis, the value of higher that 7 is not at all reflecting the quality of this establishment.
Excellent location and easy to find. Good breakfast. The rooms in the main building are comfortable.
No one was awaiting us, although we have received confirmation from booking.com regarding our booking. Our reservation was for 5 double rooms and they had no information about it. We were offered 3 double rooms (one of them not cleaned) and 2 apartments (one of them with no sheet and towels), so we use d only 3 of the rooms and had to sleep 3 or 4 people in one and the same room, for the same price. They made us a 10 % discount, but I find this not enough and the manager did not even show to give an excuse or explain the matter. We had contact only with the guy who welcomed us (we had good luck to catch him 5 minutes before he leaves!!!) and the girl at the reception/restaurant next morning. The hotel looks already old and needs renovation for this price. For example we had slept in a similar accomodation near Katowize for a better price, which was with 5 star class and service, in comparison with that one. It creates a bad image also for booking.com to offer such accomodations in their portfolio.
It's a horse stable in hotel area. Lovely hotel. Quite and safe.
Quite dark as we have arrived at night. Only few lights are on.
+ friendly and helpful staff + clean room and common area + peaceful and safe neighbourhood + free and private parking
- WiFi was not working - no TV as promised - were accommodated in a room for four people as there was a wedding at the hotel and apparently no double rooms were available although we booked more than a month in advance - very difficult to find especially after dark - no street lights outside the hotel so if using the public transport from town the 300 metre walk can seem scary - we were promised buffet breakfast but on our first morning we were told that since not many people were staying at the hotel we would only be served breakfast on order; we didn't have to pay for it though - the room was very basic - it looked more like a hostel than a b&b
poor service rooms not ready upon arrival no TV in one of the rooms.
children facilities, horses
ants in bedroom
The rooms were big and comfortable.
The rooms were not very clean and the breakfast was poor. The night there was a party and we can't slepp well. We have pay more than we have read on the web site, becasue the recepsionist tells us that there is a tax, but we have read the tax is included... and when we have check the tax is included...
Far from the city, reacheable only by car.
