Reception and breakfast service was great, the room was clean, the staff followed my minor special requests perfectly. It was close to the historic main street, easy access. Heartwarming welcome all the way through :) Being in the middle of the city it's a bit noisy altogether - I stayed here while the Kosice "Capital of Culture" grand opening was done, and I was able to hear every bit of the soundcheck - but I guess every nearby building this was the same. It wasn't discomfort for me, but it could be mildy disturbing for others.

The staff is quite friendly and ready to help. Breakfast too small, the hotel from outside looks appalling, it is not very easy to find.

Location was great, only few minutes from old town hotel was old looking from outside, I was on the fifth floor and I couldnt sleep because of warm ( no air condition )

Удобство расположения - рядом с центром города. Хорошее питание (завтрак). Наличие беспроводной интернет связи в номере. Дружелюбный персонал. Не работал фен. Забит слив в умывальнике.

Zápach kanalizácie v kúpelni. Na TV naladená len Markíza, TA3 a jeden český program Veľmi zlý prístup autom. Z uvedenej adresy nebolo vôbec vidieť, že už ste pred hotelom,, žiadne označenie, určenie smeru, kde je vstup........

Vybavenie hotela je na dobrej úrovni, po rekonštrukcii interiéru aj exteriérov a okolia určite zaujímavo umiestnený v dostupnej cene. pre obchodných cestujúcich a služobné cesty výborné. Zariadenie v poriadku, skôr výhrada k upratovaniu, na izbe som našiel v nepoužívanej ladničke prázdnu fľašu od brandy a nedojedený plesnivý sendvič, myslím, že upratovacia čata by mohla pri čistení izby aj otvoriť a zavrieť 3 šuflíky a jednu ladničku, jediné priestory kde by mohlo niečo byť, skazilo to dojem z inak fajn prostredia, kúpeľňa krásna, ešte jedno odporúčanie - k jednému záchodovému papieru v podávači dať ešte aspoň jeden ako náhradný :D inak spokojnosť

Vzhľad, úroveň a čistota interiéru,ústretový a ochotný personál, blízkosť do centra. Vonkajší vzhľad hotela a okolie, avšak búrali starý objekt v jeho blízkosti, zrejme sa to časom zmení...

Staff on checkout nearly made us miss train he was so slow. Very poor English language skills also. We were promised a packed breakfast to go with as we were doing onward travelling before breakfast was due to be served. This did not happen on checkout.

a) scarsa insonorizzazione - si sentono i rumori del traffico , degli schiamazzi in strada e dei tram b) nella camera c'era un'odore di cucina infatti al p.t. ci sono gli aereatori delle cucine del ristorante c) l'edificio è datato e quindi è diffcile , salvo ristrutturazione radicale , che si possa rimediare alle lacune sopra esposte

Ausschliesslich die lage Die fenster sind leider nicht sehr gut isolliert und man hoert ziemlich frueh die strassenbahn sowie kirchenglicke! Das hotel wirkt leider ziemlich ausgestorben! Man hoert auch den wind ziemlich pfeiffen! Die minibar war leer doch der nachtportier war bemueht und besorgte eine wasserflasche in der nacht!
