The facilities in this three room suite were excellent, as were the amenties provided by the staff. The rooms and bed were very comfortable. The hotel has a good location for anyone who needs to do business or visit sights in Kosice. |

airco in room - close to city center - poor quality, ill maintained showerhead and bulky, unnecessary low quality shower panel leaving no room in the showerbox - too small toilet seat and cover could not stay upright - could not sleep because bed was making noise due to bed fasteners not properly tightened |

There was a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, tea, biscuits. Breakfast was served in the room. There was the possibility to have a massage in the room. Also in the shower there was a water massage. In general all was ok, but I would prefer a buffet breakfast if possible. Also although there was a water massage in the shower, we couldn't get it started and the receptionist when we asked didn't know how it worked either. |

We liked the location which was a short stroll into town, the staff were helpful and spoke well enough english. The room we stayed in was the apartment which was very spacious. Having to climb three two floors of stairs with suitcases, the apartment is in the loft, only other down side is you cant see out the windows as they are loft style roof windows, there is also no sink in the kitchen. The beds were very uncomfortable and no proper pillows. However the value for money for the size including a lovely choice of breakfasts and a welcome bottle of wine was nice touch! |

アパートメントタイプの広々とした客室で快適。英語が堪能でフレンドリーなフロントスタッフ（過去２度宿泊- し、数名に応対してもらいましたが、皆そうでした。）。無料のウェルカムキットが充実してます（赤ワイン（- フルボトル！）、クッキー、コーヒーなど。） バスタブにお湯を張ったら、かなり黄色かった。ミニキッチンに流しが付いていないのは片手落ち。 |

la disponibilité du personnel , la grande taille des chambres et 1 équipement complet , la propreté , la situation de l'hotel à 200 ml du centre ville , un grand parking gardé en face de l'hotel , la volonté de satisfaire le client . le fait de prendre son petit déjeuner dans sa chambre peut paraitre surprenant au 1 er abord , ce qui ne contredit pas la qualité du petit déjeuner . |

zeer ruime appartementen met alle nodige voorzieningen. Mogelijkheid tot massageservice op de kamer tegen zeer democratische prijzen. Absotuut vriendelijk personeel. Keuze uit 12 verschillende ontbijten op de kamer geserveerd. Een echte aanrader. |

Großzügige Zimmer, und sehr sauber. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. die Lobby ist klein, als Treffpunkt ungeeignet. Das Cafe/Restaurant hat außerhalb der Saison nicht immer offen und sonst gibts keinen Wartebereich. Die Wasserinstallationen (Abflüsse) sind etwas mangelhaft - aber noch akzeptabel. |
