There was a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, tea, biscuits. Breakfast was served in the room. There was the possibility to have a massage in the room. Also in the shower there was a water massage. In general all was ok, but I would prefer a buffet breakfast if possible. Also although there was a water massage in the shower, we couldn't get it started and the receptionist when we asked didn't know how it worked either. |

We liked the location which was a short stroll into town, the staff were helpful and spoke well enough english. The room we stayed in was the apartment which was very spacious. Having to climb three two floors of stairs with suitcases, the apartment is in the loft, only other down side is you cant see out the windows as they are loft style roof windows, there is also no sink in the kitchen. The beds were very uncomfortable and no proper pillows. However the value for money for the size including a lovely choice of breakfasts and a welcome bottle of wine was nice touch! |

Very tastefuly decorated, the breakfast selection is great, friendly and helpful staff, we had an amazing time, highly recommended the bed frame was a bit squeaky, you can hear the water running in the radiators during the night |

On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english. They also gave us a map with various restaurants on it this also proved to be a great resource. |

Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. You can make tea and coffee in your room. This hotel seems to be very popular so if you have decided to stay in Kosice, you should book as soon as possible. Shower room's door was a bit broken. I hope it is fixed now. There was only a net curtain on the bathroom window and it was easy to see through from the outside (already in other people's review but I thought I should repeat). I found it inconvenient to have only one trash box in a room which was located near the toilet. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was beautifully presented with lots of facilities. Well situated. Lots of unexpected extras such as wine, plate cultery if required. We were there for 2 nights and one full day and when we came back to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon the shower glass was being replaced which took 3 hrs. I appreciate it needed to be replaced and the new glass was far superior but if we had known we would have gone out for the entire day. We realise this was unusual and work has to be carried out |

This hotel is really good reason to visit Kosice. We have stayed extra night just to enjoy this place and the city. I would strogly reccomend this place to others. Regards to hotel staff! |

Staff simpathy and efficiency, location, appartment decoration, breakfast in the room. Main door closes to soon at night, and the given key didn't work. We had to wait outodoor, untill someone of the staff came in. But everything else was excellent. |
