Very nice appartment with everything family needs Friendly staff Good breakfast SkiBus stop and train station right in front of the hotel

Slow internet connection wifi only in lobby and 1st floor FastFood restaurant

Big rooms, very clean, everything new, very good communication to the Ski resort.

Reception staff sholud give more information - we did not get info about room for ski, garage for car etc.

Clean,nice rooms . silenz in the night .

The bad is very hard !!! really ! uncomfortable ! to sleep well is very important for everybody ! other : why need to stay dogs of owner in reception ???? sorry ,if I choose hotel for relax ,I dont want to see angry dogs every days !! strange !

Functional design, there was everything I need

despite being a new hotel, the doors creak (a little bit of vaseline would help ;-)

This was our second visit of Hotel Crocus. The hotel is family friendly and we found that as ideal for a family with a small kids - we have 9 months old daughter. The apartments are modern (SAT TV, wired internet) and pretty spacious with a small kitchen that includes microwave and fridge. It was also important for us to have separated bedroom and living room so a our baby girl could sleep in a separate room while we could stay in a different room talk/ watch TV. On top of that there is a balcony and this time we had also a nice view. I am sure we will go there again next year.

The only recommendation I could have is to have wireless internet connectivity.

We stayed a week in thes very nice apartment house in the High Tatras. It's extremely comfortable, very easy to reach by car and train, very quiet and close to tourist places and restaurants. For us it was also important that it is pet friendly.

Their knowledge of any language except Slowakian is very limited but they are very friendy and trying to do their best.

The appartement was very nice , clean , and well equipped .The situation of the hotel is usefull due to the fact of his central location .I was positively suprise, and I can recommand this adress .

Very big spacious apartment. Very good for families with children and I could image the space is good also for skiing holiday where you have a lot of luggage with you.

The mattress in the bed are too hard and uncomfortable. The service from the reception is very poor and the personal were very unpolite and rude if we asked about something. The spa is very small and you have to pay extra to use it. Overall we would only recommend this hotel to people who need a big apartment for a good price. There is no other facilities at the hotel apart from a breakfast restaurant, we missed a lobby and a bar.

Perfect location, nice and large apartment suitable for a family.

The cleaness of the apartment was poor.

Restaurant is not working in sommer season, the fire place in the room can be use only with asistence of personal and you have to pay it.

The hotel has excellent location - next to the railway station, a three-minute walk from Štrbské pleso and at the starting point of many hiking tracks e.g.to Popradské pleso, Rysy ... There are shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments are spacious, clean with modern furniture and a nice view. When I go to this destination next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The wi-fi works just up to the second floor, the upper floor rooms need cable connection. We had a cable with us so it was not a problem but for somebody else it could be inconvenient to go down to the reception everytime you need to surf the net.

Large room with nice view. Hotel located close to the train station and close to the grocery. Good choice for those who wish to climb to Rysy.

We loved the apartment -it was extremely spacious and very modern. It was spotless when we arrived and was kept that way by the daily room service. Location is great as it's only about 10mins walk from the lake and close to the tram station, and the various local restaurants & shops. It has it's own restaurant and our food was great! Both the reception and waiting staff were very courteous, willing to share lots of useful local info inc.weather forecast which came in handy:) It was good value and we really enjoyed our stay -will be recommending hotel Crocus to friends.

Lokalizacja. Przestronny, bardzo wygodny, nowocześnie urządzony apartament. Widok (V piętro). Kameralnie. Wygodne schowki na narty, suszarki do butów. Miejsce przyjazne zwierzętom.

Nie działająca restauracja i bar (okres Bożego Narodzenia).

Хорошее расположение, чистота, наличие магазинов и ресторанов в 3х минутной доступности пешком, варочная панель и микроволновка в номере, хороший комплект посуды, хорошая уборка в номерах, удобные шкафы для снаряжения, в принципе конструктивная реакция служащих на месте при решении проблем, не требуется доплачивать за интернет (в номерах только проводной ~100 кБ/c).

Хотели поехать с друзьями, но им отель бронирование отменил по следующей схеме: Отель шлёт в букинг заспрос, что кредитная карта не действительна, если от отдыхающего нет реакции в течении 48 часов, то отель отменяет бронирование. В нашем случае бронирование удалось отстоять с огромными нервными затратами. Отель 3 раза браковал кредитную карту и только на 4й зарезервировал деньги (с той же самой карты), после того, как лично пришлось переписываться с букингом и руководством отеля. Есть информация из банка, что первые 3 раза запросов никаких не было. Был ли это злой умысел (отменить бронь сделанную заранее по выгодной для нас цене и продать этот номер дороже) или некомпетентность сотрудников наверняка выяснить не удалось. Могу лишь констатировать факт инцидента. Были мелкие проблемы с номером (неработающий сейф, сломанная ручка в туалете), но их удалось решить с работниками отеля без проволочек. Про другие отели в данном месте у меня нет информации - может такая практика дело обычное, но я врятли ещё раз сделую выбор в пользу этого отеля.

Velmi priestranny, moderne zariadeny a cisty apartman. Kuchyna bola velmi dobre vybavena. Velky satnik so vstupom priamo zo spalne.

Velmi malo miesta pri ranajkach. Dlho sme cakali kym sa uvolni stol. Personal na recepcii nam nevedel poradit co sa da v okoli robit okrem lyzovania. Restauracia v hoteli bola mimo prevadzky.

Świetna lokalizacja obok Stawu Szczyrbskiego pozwala z tego miejsca bezpośrednio wyruszać pieszo na kilka szlaków górskich w Tatrach Wysokich. Góry o wschodzie z balkonu - alpejski widok :) W cenie jednoosobowego pokoju bardczo przyzwoity apartament z salonem, sypialnią, garderobą i balkonem.

Śniadania w cenie pokoju raczej średniej jakości w porównaniu do reszty.

Nagyon közel van a turistautakhoz, valamint igazán kedvező a gyermekes családok részére, igaz , hogy párommal most csak kettesben töltöttünk el a szállodában pár napot, s a gyermekeinket otthon hagytuk. Kicsit feltöltődtünk, valamint olyan túrát tettünk meg a közeli hegyvidéken, ami kissé veszélyes lehet a kisgyermekes családok számára, ám a szálloda igazán bababarát ( játszó helyiség, kiságy,etetőszék )

Sajnos nem tetszett viszont, hogy a booking. oldalán nyilvánosságra hozott árak nem igazán azt takarják, ami ott fel van tüntetve. Ezt el is mondtuk a helyszínen, de sajnos a rossz fordítást okolják, ami igazán nem változtat az odalátogató vendégek mérgén, s ez megtapasztaltuk más vendégek megjegyzéseiből ott a helyszínen. A szállodai kandalló használata nincs az árban, s azt jó belekalkulálni plusz költségként, mert az alkalmanként 30 euro, valamint a wellnes használatáért is 21 eurót kell kifizetni óránként, aki egy kicsit lazítani szeretne egy hideg túra után. A kutyára vonatkozó díjtétel, ami szintén nem volt egyértelmű , de az is 10 euró naponta. Egyedül a reggel árát tartalmazza a booking oldalán nyilvánosságra hozott díj a szállás mellett, úgy gondolom, hogy ezek ismeretében már nem is olyan kedvező az ár.
