Very good apartments, including two rooms and kitchen. Good location. Breakfast was almost absent. Hotel's restaurant is owful, so you should take care of your meals yourself. Room cleaning was not good. |

The room, the fact that it had a dressing room for storing your luggage, the kitchen and the ambiance in the room; the personnel from the front desk -breakfast - when some dish was finished, they would not bring some more; one morning there was only very old bread, the juice was dilluted with water most of the days; if you needed a spoon you couldn't find any. One day there was no milk and there was this guy who asked for milk, and they filled his glass but still did not bring any in the bowl. Also, the staff was sometimes eating from the food for the guests... |

Very nice apartment hotel with well equipped big rooms for affordable price. Excellent location for Tatra hiking. Very convenient parking.Good value for money. |

It was close to the hiking trails and to the lake. The staff wasn't too helpful. We had two rooms and one of them was very cold. They offered firewood for 5 Euros instead of a different room although the hotel was nearly empty. (But finally - when we asked it - they gave us a new room, which was ok.) |

The very spacious apartment was well furnished and lit. We did not use the kitchen there; however, it should be noted that there is no dishwasher should you be inclined to stay here for a long period of time. The "wireless internet" does not exist. Only wired in the room - but free. One port only. So, my husband and I had to do tandem internet work. The hotel provides you with the very long wire that reaches to anywhere in the apt. |

Die Apartments haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie sind modern eingerichtet und haben eine sehr komfortable Größe. Weiterhin lobend zu erwähnen ist der Wellnessbereich. |

Die grosszügigen Appartements und ein reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet. Das Restaurant hat uns nicht gefallen, weshalb wir auswärts essen gingen. Aber das war ein rein subjektiver Eindruck. |

Sehr neues 4-Sterne-Hotel mit recht stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern und Bädern. Unserem Apartment war mit handgemalten Bildern und sogar einem echten Holzkamin ausgestattet. Fazit: Allererste Wahl hinsichtlich Komfort und Ausstattung! Verbesserungswürdig ist lediglich das spärliche Frühstücksbuffet. Allerdings befindet sich ein kleiner günstiger Supermarkt nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt - das Überleben ist gesichert! :-) |

Prima appartement, woonkamer, slaapkamer, keuken. Volledig voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Balcon met prima uitzicht. Het hotel was uitgestorven, in het restaurant waren we de enige gasten tijdens een weekdag. |

apartament bardzo ładny, nowoczesne wyposażenie, bardzo twarde materace na łóżkach, naczynia w szafkach kuchennych były brudne, rezerwując hotel w opisie była informacja, że w hotelu jest basen do dyspozycji gości, po przyjeździe okazało się że w hotelu nie ma basenu, jedna nie miła sprawa to fakt, że zarezerwowałam pobyt w hotelu, po czym anulowałam rezerwację zgodnie z zasadami anulowania, 2. |
