Staff doesn`t speak english.

I really like location of this hotel at the center of our beautiful mountains the High Tatras. The hotel Crocus has comfort and space-full apartments which is perfect for family or friends. We can walk and enjoy scenery of the Strbske pleso, which is only 5min. from this hotel. Thank you. Andrea

The hotel is well located, close to the lake and the train station. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are really nice, confy and clean. The rooms are big enough for a family of 3-4. The view is fantastic from the upper rooms.

The staff is awful. No smile, they could not speak any foreign language. We felt like we are just pain in their back. The service is very poor too, you have to pay for any extra service. There is a fire place in every room, but to get wood and fire you have to pay 5 euros. The wellness (which is a small room) costs 21 euros for two in a 4 star hotel! We reserved it for 4 people, but finally we were only two there, but they still made us to pay for 4. Despite we told them, that we only two in the wellness, the lady didn't believe us, and kind a threatened us that she can watch back on the video to check if we are lieing. The restaurant was not working.

The hotel is directly next to the railway station and main car parks so is ideally located. The noise is minimal. The hotel was comfortable and staff were keen to help.

Unfortunately the room I had on the 4th floor had its view of the mountains blocked by a group of trees about 5 storeys in height to one side and the other side was a building site for a new hotel/apartments.

I have good memories about stay, discounted price was good value for money. Room was confortable, clear and perfect for 3 persons.

Very hard bed.

The hotel location is very convenient for all the travelers. It is located very close to the Strbske Pleso (lake) and next to the railway station. Even though distance to the railways station is only a few metres you will not notice any noise from the electric trains. The hotel apartments are very modern and spacious with all necessary equipment to have comfort vacation. I am sure I will go there again - most likely next time in winter.

I was positively surprised after arrival: - excellent location (150 meters to railwway, 250 meters to ski bus, 300 meters to two restaurants) - modern design - good breakfast for affordale price - huge room with separate ski depo (in the appartement) - good parking possibility around the building - staff with positive attitude The staff speaks reasonable English, it is not true (see former comments on this site), that nobody speaks foreign languages in the hotel).

Tole Lage nicht weit vom See und direkt aam Bahnhof. Mehrere Restaurants in direkter Umgebung, freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr schöne, große Appartements mit Kamin!

Vyborna poloha, pekne zariadeny, prisposobeny lyziarom. Byvali sme v apartmane pre 4 ktory bol velky, pohodlny, luxuany s moznostou aj pripravy stravy takze vhodne pre rodiny s detmi.

Personal na recepcii nebol prilis ochotny a tiez sme si dokupovali k pobytu ranajky, ktorych kvalita cene nezdpovedala. Nebola moznost parkovat na hotelovom parkovisku.

hotel prezentuje pripojenie Wi-fi, ale má ho len vo po druhé poschodie aj to nie celé - na dnešnú dobu a cenu za ubytovanie dosť mínus.

Bol som už viac krát ubytovaný v : Hotel Crocus a hlavný dôvod prečo som tam chodieval bola " Privatna wellness " to sa mi páčilo najviac a další bod môjho záujmu bola lokalita na štrbskom plese a uspokojujúce vybavenie izbieb a rozloha. .

Nepáčilo sa mi že čím dalej je tam drahšie a hlavne to hlavné prečo tam chodievam a to " privátne wellness " každým rokom je drahšie. A vybavenosť hotela je podľa mňa ohľadom na cenu veľmi slabá, Ceny sú moc vysoké ked porovnávamm iné hotely a ich vybavenosť. Musím priznať že keby nemám takú záľubu v súromí čo sa týka wellness tak by som asi tento hotel nenavštívil. Personál je neskúseny na čo má podľa mňa vplyv jeho časté obmienanie. Do budúcna veľmi zvažujem či budem aj nadaľej využívať služby práve tohto hotela. Dakuejm
