Me and my wife are travelling a lot, and found this hotel one of the best. The situation at the banks of river Danube, and just a few minutes walk to old town. Exellent. A bit difficult for us elderly people with the shower in the tub. Not easy to enter.

I lived in Bratislava for 4 years in the past and this is a fantastic location - it could not be better. On the main Hviezdoslav Square in the heart of Bratislava and 10 mins walk from the castle. Definitely, the best location in Bratislava. Old rooms, funny smelling. But this was not an issue for us. Definitely a great value for money. Just make sure you do not get food in the hotel as the street is packed with lovely Slovak restaurants, E.G. Verne or try some of the micro-breweries (Mestiansky Pivovar was amazing)

Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. Great river view. Very comfortable room. Amazing location. Design of shower meant very difficult to shower without soaking bathroom, but only a minor problem.

Great location in city center. After passing behind the pretty reception desk the hotel is very outdated, the room decorations are old, without fantasy and worn out. The bathroom furniture must have been scrubbed a million times. There was no WiFi, only cable. No 4 star comfort you'd expect.

Location is near the river side, Hrad, and just 7...10 minutes from Central Railway Station. Rooms are clean, beds are nice. Stuff is really helpful and kind. Wifi is at the lobby, not available at the room. The toilet and the shower are in the separate rooms, for me it's not really convinient.

A comfortable bed and a really good location. Two members of staff were very helpful. The style was a little dated. The rooms were surprisingly plain for a hotel in some a prime location.

Excellent hotel and very welcoming and helpful staff. Well located close to the Danube, the old fortress and the old town. All in walking distance. Note: 15 minutes walk to bus stop that bring you to the train station. We were upgraded to a business room. Very nice and comformtable room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to Christmas market. Good value for the price, even for a regular room. nothing

the room was nice and comfy, the noise was not too bad, although the hotel is very close to a busy road PARKING IS 27 EUR A NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is insane. the internet only works with a wire in the room (!!!), so you can not use ipad in your room, wireless is only available in the lobby the lobby is such an odd place, no atmosphere, very 'cold' and unfriendly place, the corridors and the whole hotel looks very dated and tired. when you park in the underground garage, you have to come through a night club to get into the hotel ( the signage is not very clear how to avoid this) and the breakfast is the worst. I ended up having just a cup of tea as food on offer was very unappealing. Tea was nice. no fresh fruit, no choice on bread, no healthy cakes ( carrot cake or croissants), no eggs, just fried saussage, fried potatoes, all looking very processed and horrible

Great location and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Loved the bedroom on the 4th floor and the superb view but on other floors room decor needs updating. Overall a great hotel and looking forward to staying again. Bratislava is a great city to visit and the Park Inn ideally placed for this. Just loved the live classical music playing in the park, this gave a fantastic atmosphere and ambience and right on the doorstep of the hotel. Happy days! It would be great if the spa and swimming pool were included as a standard in the price of the rooms and not as an additional cost.

The Personnel are multi linguistic (Italian German English etc.) They are friendly and very helpful. The Location is right at the entrance of the nicest area of Bratislava. If you have to go to the American Embassy it is a hop skip and a jump from the Hotel (5 minute walk) German Embassy is across the parking lot. Across from the Hotel is a good Argentinian Restaurant I would recommend. You are in the Heart of Bratislava. The entrance to the parking is a little hard to find . But all of Slovakia road signs are badly marked.
