- Nicely decorated interior of the hotel - lobby, rooms. - good room equipments (iron+board) - very confortable bed, - good quality bed clothing, - clean and spacius bathroom, - possibility to turn off the airconditioning - good TV channels seletion The reception staff was in general nice but a bit awkward, not very flexibly reacting to our (minor) requests.

Hotel je velmi dobře situován do středu města. Je čistý na vysoké úrovni. Obsluha byla výborná, umožnili nám se ubytovat velmi brzy ráno. Vadilo mi, že wifi v hotelu byla použe placená.

Établissement de luxe avec un personnel attentioné, chambre de qualité, ainsi que le couchage. Salle de bain avec douche italienne et produits adéquats. Vraiment un bon moment. Digne d'un pullman français avec le service en plus. Pas eu l'occasion de voir du négatif

Mooie kamers, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, goede parkeervoorziening in hartje stad, vers gebakken koekje als welkom, ... service om op klokslag sluitingstijd, mij en mijn gasten (kwamen net uit de stad) een laatste drankje te serveren en direkt stond er een security-mannetje naast ons ! typisch oost-Europa, maar ongepast !!! het niet serveren én de security-meneer gaf aan het geheel een beetje een wrange nasmaak !

Výborná poloha vzhľadom na pracovné a kultúrne aktivity v meste. Hotelový personál až neuveriteľne ochotný, horúce koláčiky na privítanie na druhý deň, po ich pochválení, opäť poskytol. Loby bar s výbornou ponukou jedla a príjemné posedenie pri živej nenútenej hudbe. Vybavenosť izby z pohľadu ceny nad moje očakávanie, kúpelňa veľká, s denným svetlom,dizajn izby a kúpelne jednotný. Vyhovovala mi komfortná vysoká posteľ.Potešila ma i malá príručná miestnosť so žehliacou doskou a žehličkou, nakoľko som išla aj do divadla. V nej bol dostatočný odkladací priestor, chladnička, štýlová varná kanvica so šálkami a pohármi, ako aj zásoba instantnej kávy, čaju a cukru, čo mi prišlo vhod nakoľko som nemala čas na raňajky v hoteli (v cene izby navyše neboli zahrnuté). Tak som si v kľude na izbe vypila kávičku a vypočula ranné správy na TA3. Izba, ktorú som obývala 3 dni bola skutočne veľmi pekná a tichá.Krásne biele posteľné prádlo a uteráky v kúpeľni na mňa urobili mimoriadny dojem.Rozhodla som sa, že pri svojich cestách do Košíc budem využívať zásadne služby hotela Double Tree By Hilton - za podmienky, že budú i naďalej poskytovať doterajšiu, pre mňa výhodnú cenu.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Direkt bei der Fußgängerzone und nicht zu weit vom Bahnhof entfernt! Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber! Die Bedienung im Restaurant war leider nicht immer zur Stelle!
