Easy to find the location, good parking place in the hotel area, immediate contact and reply when booking a room. Not easy to find the restaurant (plus 1. floor is in fact 3 floors under the lobby), very poor choice of the TV channels. |

mese szép helyen igényes tiszta szállás, kiváló wellness részleg, és mivel még szezon előtt érkeztünk, így az ára is nagyon kedvező volt. a konyhája is fantasztikusan jó, kiadós finom a reggeli. |

Výborne lokalizovaný hotel uprostred nádhernej prírody, ľahká dostupnosť. V bezprostrednej blízkosti lyžiarskeho vleku. Spolu s wellness ideálne na relax. |

Super poloha hotela, priamo uprostred prírody. Výborný psychický relax pre ľudí z mesta. Vo večerných hodinách vynikajúci doplnok relaxu v podobe sauny. Všetko bolo super, jediné čo mi chýbalo bolo "Fitko" čiže Fitnesscentrum. |

Wir waren von diesem Hotel sehr begeistert. Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr sauber, Sanitaeranlagen waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schoen. Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal mit guten sprachkenntnissen. Alles war positiv zu bewerten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. |

-sehr gute Lage, Landschaft; - sehr gute Küche Wir wohnen gerne oben. Leider gab es keinen Hinweis, daß im 3-Sterne-Bereich die Koffer geschleppt werden müssen. |

Die Atmosphäre war angenehm. Wir haben die Wellness-Zone nach dem Skilaufen zur Entspannung sehr geschätzt. Das Speisenangebot in den Restaurants war sehr gut, die Speisen schmackhaft und gut angerichtet, so dass auch das Auge mitessen konnte. Es ist uns nicht gelungen herauszufinden, ob das Hotel über einen Raum zur Aufbewahrung der Skier verfügt. Wenn ein solcher Raum zur Verfügung steht, wäre es vielleicht gut, schon im Angebot darüber zu informieren - wenigstens während der Skisaison. |

Meget flotte værelser i ny afdeling og perfekt beliggende mht. skiløb. manglende evne til at løse et problem mht. støj fra frysekompressor. dårlig kommunikation personalet imellem og for mange ansatte med dårlige sprogkundskaber Set i forhold til beliggenhed mht. by og muligheder og set i forhold til anvendeligheden af skiområdet er prisen for høj.Den bør sænkes, ellers kan man lige så godt tage til Østrig |

Proximité des pistes (quelques mètres), salle de restaurant et prix réduits, petit déjeuner très bien. Certains services ne sont disponibles qu'en haute saison. |

doskonała lokalizacja, wszystkie usługi na miejscu, restauracja, extra wellness, klub, winiarnia itp. hałas przez ściany - bardzo cienkie i wszystko słychać - nawet najmniejszy hałas, może tyczyło się to tylko pokoju **** w którym przebywałem, Pan na recepcji był zdziwiony naszą rezerwacją przez booking.com, mam wrażenie że nie mieli odnotowale ale pokój się znalazł. Natomiast rozliczenie było nie po cenie promocyjnej ze strony bookings tylko po cenie hotelu (+75 PLN za noc) - niedopuszczalne |

Lokalizacja ok. 10 km od miasta pośród lasów. Dostęp do Wellness w **** hotelu wliczony w cenę, dobre jedzenie, duże łóżko małżeńskie. Obsługa mogłaby być bardziej pomocna, trwający remont w hotelu. |
