Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Nice, big rooms. Free parking. Decent breakfast included in price. Great value for money. Location is quite alright. The Booking.com reservation system didn't report to the hotel that we need a baby-cot, so there was no baby-cot ready for us. |

The location was perfect as we were there for a concert at the Incheba Expo Centre, which is walking distance. Also walking distance into town via the Novy Most bridge. Nothing bad to say about the actual hotel but it was very difficult to find even with a route description, it's also located in a place which is not exactly glamorous. |

We stayed in a superior double room (at the price of a standard double room because it was during the week-end) and it was nice and clean. The air co worked perfectly. The receptionist was nice and could speak English. Free parking. The entrance is on the first floor and there is no lift so it might be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. |

The design of the hotel is very modern and nice.The staff is exellent and very kind.The location of the hotel is very good and hotel has many reserve parking lot (we went on a bus).The hotel has a computer terminal with free internet access.The staff reacted immediatly for any need that we had. The only problem is that there is no elivator to the hotel and you have to lift the luggage for 24 stairs. |
