I liked the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. This place offers excellent value for money. The faintly lit underpass that leads from the hotel to the opposite side of the thoroughfare gets a bit creepy after dark. |

Location Although we booked 3 twin rooms we were not given these but doubles, which ruined the holiday when there are 6 grown men that have to share double beds. We were given poor excuses as to why we couldnt have the twins, although we booked 3 months in advance and specially requested the twin rooms. The staff appeared not to care. The quilt did not even cover the bed!!! The tea and coffee making facilites were poor, enough for one cup each over 24 hours, and not re-stocked by room service, when asking the front desk for more they said they would bring it up but it never appeared. I will make sure i never stay at this chain of hotel again. 4 star? 2 star is more realistic. |

The staff were excellent and knowledgeable and multi lingual. Breakfast seemed quite expensive as it was notincluded in the price. The pillow was not comfortable and the room was stuffy. |

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Everything very nice, especially extremely helpful staff. Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to old town. Rooms are modern, clean and nice. Thank you! |

Chic decor. Close to old town and castle. Friendly, helpful staff. The duvet was too small for the bed. |

The room was clean and the hotel was fairly central to attractions. We mostly liked checking out of this hotel!!! The staff did not provide us with information about the hotel. There was information in the room (no city map) but being told how to operate the lifts to get there would be useful. The phone did not work, so we had to go down to order room service. The staff did not fix the phone, nor were very helpful. We were sent to the restuarant, which had no one there! An unpleasant stay!! |

Very close proximity to the Old Town area of the city. The restaurant was very good. Hotel is in very good condition because it is new. Internet access was quite expensive. |

the staff were helpful Almost everything. It was new but soulless...the decor was ugly and bland. The hotel smelt of overcooked liver! There really was a very unpleasant smell in the rooms and corridors. The air conditioning didnt work very well and the noise outside of traffic meant it was hard to sleep. The room was a strange shape and quite small witth a big plasme screen tv at the foot of the bed...this might be a bonus for some but it was a bit intrusive for us. We couldnt wait to leave the place. |

Nespresso coffee machines in the guest rooms. Nice food menu in the bar and friendly staff Location is at a very busy street. The duvets on the beds are too small for the double beds and the pillows uncomfortable. Surprised at the limited bathroom amenities though ok, you could get more amenities if you asked reception. The minibar is empty and again, you need to call to get it filled, pitty! |

The hotel was lovely and had a good location close to the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast at the weekend had a good selection (including champagne) Only a cople of very small points - we had forgotten a travel adapter, and the hotel did not have any that we could borrow!! Also, the duvet was too small for the bed! |

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff spoke excellent English. We arrived well before check in time and there was no problem being given our room. Hotel is very well located to the old town, castle and public transport. |

When our room air conditioning didnt work the staff were more than happy to move us to another room. Having to pay for the internet use. Should be a complimentary service with a hotel of this caliber. |
