Film Hotel    

Well placed for the old town and surroundings. You can walk to everywhere in town quite comfortably.

The room needs a bit of a revamp. The carpets need renewing. That pale green was never a good choice for a hotel. It shows all marks and does not clean well.

Friendly and helpful staff. They gave us better double room on request without extra charge. Nice design, several parking places in front of the hotel (recommend reserve in advance). 5 min walk from the city center (old town).

There is no breakfast buffet

1. Both staff are very friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service 2. The hotel knows exactly what a traveller wants 3. Washroom facility is better than expected

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not ask for a better service. However, the street was a bit difficult to find at night as I walked from the station to the city centre. My advice is get a good map or take a taxi.

I've stayed here a few times and have been happy,but this last time ,no TV,bedside lamps not working and a noisy air-con unit that just looked like a washing machine dumped in the room...feel like it a luck of the draw here (like most hotels in bratislava) for a room without problems..2 Months ago I would have recommended this hotel :(

Our room was near the office which got a bit busy and loud in the morning.

The room was dirty, very dusty, we have no toilet tissue! and there was no iron available in the reception !

the location is good, can walk to old town around 5 - 10 mins by walk, and take around 5 - 10 mins to bus station by tram no. 206 or 208 Staff is nice

There's no lift and I stayed at 3rd floor, so i need to carry the luggage by myself :(

The shower cabin is spacious enough for two people, and the bed is indeed queen size, not two twin beds next to each other. Courtyard view is quiet enough. The historic part is just few minutes walk or, for lazy exporers, 1 stop by tram.

The entrance is smokers area, so you need to go through the smell. The living area is okay, though. The hotel has only one parking place, so collisions are possible. The receptionist did his best to provide an alternative parking in 10 minutes walk, though.

Its a nice hotel.. I loved the bathroom..room is good too!! Its placed in good position..u got other facilities too like for shopping.. Eating(mc.donalds, pizzeria, reasturant ect)..and many more too...

The walls are very thin you can easily hear people's from other room...

The location is excellent. The rooms were spacious and the movie decor was well done. I would definitely stay here again.

very cute hotel with big room and bathroom...easy to reach it with the tram...free wi-fi(not so good signal in the room).very warm room which is a plus for Bratislava in the cold days.very nice bar inside hotel...

It is in the middle of the city.

The hotel is small, clean, and somewhat charming. The staff is eager to accommodate and will help however they can! It was great having a bar/restaurant in the hotel with a wonderful bar staff and great selection of beer, wine, and liquor. One night of our stay, there was an older gentleman tending the bar who didn't speak English, but was very happy to engage us, anyway. He did his best to try to converse with us, make us laugh, and he gave us incredible service with such pride, I will remember him always!

The shower on the top floor is a bit awkward if you are tall - like the three of us! (It was the "family room" - which is two separate rooms with the toilet/shower in the hallway). The wifi is a bit weak on the top floor, as well! Didn't make for an unpleasant stay, however!

Excellent location and fantastically helpful staff. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, nice pillows and blankets, good bathroom with strong shower. Decent price.

Carpet needed hoovering, badly. The top cover on the bed was suspiciously stained as well.

The hotel attention is excellent even before I arrived to the hotel. During my stay the reception staff was always willing to help and provide all th einformation that could help or make better my stay.
