The staff were excellent in every way and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size and beautifully furnished. We found the pool and spa facilities excellent and of great benefit to us after returning from long walks in the mountains. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel FIS. It would have been nice if more chairlifts in the locality were operating in the summer.

Veľmi ochotný personál aj obsluha v reštaurácií. Personál vyhovel s odchodom aj o 15,00 bez príplatku, čo je vhodné najmä na prezlečenie po lyžovačke. Úprava okolia. Parkovisko na štrku a prístupová cesta na lyžiarsky svah síce krátka no strašná. V danom čase bolo v hoteli minimum ubytovaných osôb. Možno by som zvážil zníženie ceny.

Elhelyezkedés, dizájn. Március 15-18-ig voltunk a hotel vendégei. A foglalásunk körül adódtak technikai problémák, amit a foglalási űrlapon és a szállodába való megérkezésünkkor is jeleztünk. íGéretet kaptunk, hogy természetesen korrigálni fogják, de ez legnagyobb bosszúságunkra a számla kiegyenlítésekor sem történt meg, így 8 éves kisfiunk elszállásolására dupla díjat számolt fel a szálloda. Sajnos a hotelből keserű szájízzel kellett távoznunk!! Adódtak még apróbb hiányosságok is. Az apartmant 3 fő részére foglaltuk, de az evőeszközökből, tányérokból, poharakból csak 2-2 db volt bekészítve. Edények egyáltalán nem álltak rendelkezésre! A sítárolóban a szombati napon, amikor a legtöbben tartózkodtak a hotelben, nem volt elegendő hely a sícipők melegítésére, így azokat fel kellett vinnünk a szobába, hogy reggelre megszáradjanak. Nagyon sajnáljuk, hogy így alakult ez a hétvégi kiruccanás, hiszen már többször voltunk Jasnán és mindig jól éreztük magunkat.

Pályaszállás Szobafoglalásunkat félre értették. Az apartman csak két főre volt felkészítve, a recepciós a becsekkolásnál nem vette észre hogy hárman vagyunk. A malőrt a Hotel úgy oldotta meg hogy még aznap este átköltöztettek egy másik szobába, majd másnap visszaköltöztettek az eredeti pótágyazottba. Ez miatt a két nap alatt kétszer kellett költöznünk, a Hotelnek pedig mind a két szobát kétszer kellett kitakarítania, pedig egyik szoba sem volt másik vendégeknek lekötve. Az ügyeletes recepciós csak szlovákul értett.

Почти все Отсутствует собственный трансфер хотя бы от остановки маршрутного автобуса. Из Липтовского Микулаша до отеля лучше добираться на такси (22-25 евро). Иначе от остановки автобуса (у отеля Грнад в Ясне) придется идти пешком 1,5 км в гору.

Centrum Wypoczynkowe z basenem, design hotelu, miła obsługa restauracji. za mały parking, aneks kuchenny bez wyposażenia - talerzy, szklanek, czajnika oraz garnków, serwis sprzątający sprzątał w takich godzinach jakie im odpowiadały, a nie w jakich gości nie było w pokoju.

Excellent hotel.Get a taxi up there its along walk from the bus stop.Ski hire in hotel and lift outside.Leisure facilties and food excellent great decor. No sign post to hotel in resort , walked up steep hill with cases to get there
