nice modern bathroom. good elevator varied menu with good breakfast to start the day. Desk staff extremely helpful. we were touring but went back for the last night as we enjoyed the Hotel and it was reasonably priced compared with the others we stayed in. |

Clean facilities Shower drain not designed properly. Hotel internior looked nice though. Would have appreciated more than one cup of coffee for the breakfast coupon. |

The rooms were excellent, the price was great, the staff spoke good English. Coming by car, the hotel is not easy to find - take a map of the town with you. |

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter am Empfang, der eifrig bemüht ist die auftretenden Probleme professionell und schnell zu lösen. Die Ausstattung des 1. Zimmers ist mangelhaft und wurde reklamiert. Heizung ohne Funktion, Fernbedienung und Stuhl fehlen. Zum Frühstück gibt es nur 1 warmes Getränk! Restaurant/Frühstückspersonal ist unflexibel. |

Molta cura per i dettagli negli arredi. Stanza estremamente pulita e bella, non c’è l’aria condizionata e il frigo bar, ma sono solo dettagli secondari. Silenzioso. Lontano dal centro di Zilina, ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio privato gratuito. La sala colazione è ben curata. Deludente la continental breakfast che si traduce in: pane, uova, prosciutto cotto, salsicce, yogurt e marmellata monodose. Niente caffé self-service: c’è la cameriera che lo prepara e la richiesta di un secondo caffè a loro sembra una cosa illogica. |

Bliskosc stacji kolejowej z wygodnym polaczeniem do Wenecji. Rozsadna cena i wystarczajacy komfort, mila obsluga. ciasne pokoje - wystarczajace tylko do przespania sie. |

Sauberkeit der Zimmer; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Das Personal im Servicebereich für Speisen und Getränke ist nicht empfehlenswert. Keine Verständigung mittels Deutsch oder Englisch möglich. Zumindest kleinere Grundkenntnise in Englisch wären sinnvoll, damit man wenigstens ein Getränk bestellen kann. |
