Close to railway station. Superb view from breakfast room on top floor

Bathroom a disgrace, very shabby. Sink had no plug, holes where taps should have been, no shower curtain. Worst bathroom tissue ever encountered!

This is an old Interhotel built for the Tatra mountain tourists during communist times and it certainly looks it both outside and inside, but the very cheap prices and pleasant staff make up for that. There has been some renovation (E.G. a new lift, new windows etc.), the rooms are clean although with very basic and old furniture and facilities not suitable for business travellers. The hotel has a very good location just two minutes walk through a park from the railway station. From the top floor restaurant, you have a great view over the beautiful Tatra mountains, which are only a rather short train ride away from Poprad.

The front desk staff had a bit limited knowledge of English and seemed very relieved when I discovered this and tried to communicate with them in my broken Slovak instead :)

The rooms were very clean, Receptionists very nice and THE VIEW was gorgeous.

Bathrooms need some renovation.

Location was great and rooms were clean and comfortable.. Breakfast had a good choice.

Would have been nicer with a double bed instead of two singles.

Offered great value for money close to railway and bus stations and short walk from the centre. Staff were very helpful indeed. Great stay and would certainly stay there again.

For the price and design we knew we would not get anything fantastic. What we did get was good standard,clean,quiet,accomodation to reflect the price paid. No complaints at all.

Right by train station. Good for a night in transit to Tatra's.

Wouldn't recommend long stays. Very basic but great location.

We arrived late and were only staying one night - the hotel was within walking distance from Poprad train station, so a good location for travelling onwards. The staff on reception were polite and the foyer was welcoming. It was very cheap and so good if your only using the place to sleep!

They advertised having a restaurant with rooftop views, however this was closed. The room wasnt particularly clean, the bathroom was particularly poor and in need of complete renovation. There is a "nightclub" of sorts on the second to top floor - we did not check this out.

S ubytovaním som bol maximálne spokojný. Izby čisté a útulné. Personál milí a prívetivý. Veľmi pekná reštaurácia s dobrým jedlom a krásnym výhľadom na panorámu Vysokých Tatier.Tento hotel vrelo odporúčam a v budúcnosti sa tam určite vrátim. Ešte raz dakujem .

Někdo se nemusí cítit nejlépe v pokojích se starším vybavením.

Toalety trochę z minionej epoki

Aivan käsittämättömän edulliset huonehinnat ilman mitään kampanjoitakaan. Sijainti kaupungin keskustassa ja ilmainen autopaikka hotellin edessä. Hotellin ylimmistä kerroksista hienot näköalat vuoristoon.

Hotelli oli nuhjuinen ja varsinkin huoneen kylpyhuone oli todella heikossa kunnossa. Kyseessä lienee joskus kauan sitten Tšekkoslovakian aikaan valmistunut suurehko hotelli, johon ei ole sen jälkeen juurikaan tehty remontteja. Jonkinlaista nostalgia-arvoa hotellilla toki eittämättä voi olla...
