reception staff helpful and spoke good english

trams started at 5am and ran till 11pm were very noisy. There seemed to be a bus timing stop under my window. When used for 30 mins or more a couple of times at night, with the engines running, I could not hear to make phone calls, or listen to music or the TV. There was no hot water on 2 occasions when I needed a shower, Although the booking said strictly no smoking, the room had an ashtray and the fabrics/ pillows etc all smelt of smoke, and smoke from other rooms came into the room on occasion. There was no in-room safe or hairdryer. There was no food available after lunchtime, but cooking smells from the function suite below my room, were noticeable. The functions were loud, when held - fortunately not every night.

Good staff who were always helpful.

We stayed at the hotel suite for one night, it's a really big and beautiful suite! When we told the receptionist we have to take a train at 6 AM she arranged us a box with nice breakfast!

We stayed in a suite which cost the same as a normal twin room. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Central position. Large room (suite). WiFi throughout. Good breakfast. Good price.

Io con il marito disabile cercavo hotel nel gruppo accessibile ai disabili e con grande sorpresa, ci siamo trovati un scivolo molto ripido x entrare nell'albergo, gli stipiti e vasca da bagno, dove un disabile la doccia non se la farà mai! Scarsa pulizia del bagno e tantissime formiche...

недалеко от центра,рядом большой торговый центр,

постоянный шум трамвая под окнами.очень маленькая стоянка самого отеля(максимум 4 машины!)

Unser Zimmer, eine kleine Suite, war sehr sauber und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück, sehr frisch und reichhaltig. Es war früh ein Highlight für uns! Ich habe keine Bedenken, das Hotel weiter zu empfehlen! Wir sind auch in der Weihnachtszeit wieder 5 Tage dort! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sehr höflich! Das Hotel ist schön und hat seinen eigenen Flair. Einfach mal dort übernachten, es gefällt bestimmt!

Wir sind zwar Raucher, aber das Hotel sollte oder darf nicht überall nach Nikotin riechen - Rezeption, Eingang, Kaffeebar und auch im Treppenhaus und auf den Etagen! Für Nichtraucher nicht angenehm! Im Bad war leider auch keine Heizung, was im Winter eventuell fehlen kann!
