It had an excellent location to the city center, very clean, good value for money, the staff were very good, I was very comfortable in my stay there. There should be a safe in the room. |

Due to the location - close to the main street and tram links, we had a very noisy room. It was hard to sleep at night. The furniture and the bathroom eguipment are average for 3* hotels. The personal was neutral... |

Staff were friendly and helpful - they upgraded our room to a suite, for free, when we asked to change to a room with a double bed. Noise from a wedding party late at night. Also the lighting in the room was poor. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. |
