vriendelijke ontvangst in prachtige gerenoveerd gebouw dat behoort bij een kasteel ruine. Indrukwekkende ruimten met mooie welness faciliteiten. In tegenstelling tot wat op de booking.com website staat, gratis wifi op kamer schitterend ingerichte kamer. Uitstekende keuken en wijnen tegen zeer redelijke prijs.

The authentic design, the views and the amazing surroundings. The romantic ambience is unbeatable. Breakfast was great, as was the service provided by Yanni, the waiter-cum-receptionist-cum-concierge. You could spend a whole day just appreciating the hotel The amenities provided were not at par with the great recent renovation. Finding toilet paper of the very cheapest sort at such a fancy, 4-star hotel was quite jarring, for example. Further, it seemed that insufficient staff are employed: the night we were there, the owner and Yanni appeared to have the place to themselfes, so far as staffing was concerned. Despite the great efforts and affability of both, more staff was clearly needed.
