Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras  

The hotel has a wonderful spot, with a great panorama to the lake and the Tatra mountains. Interior design is nice, rooms are quite large and the staff is always helpful.

The spa area is relatively small and pretty crowded. There are many families with small children that can be disturbing, if someone wants to relax. Furthermore the service in the Spa bar is slow, it can take 45+ minutes until one gets a salad or a sandwich.

Amazing location in the heart of Tatra Mountains. Lake-view rooms are best option but valley-view ones are not bad too. Rooms are clean. Junior suite has goods size Bathroom is just perfect. Hotel is 2-3 years old but looks like brand new. It’s extremely clean. Décor corresponds with building style, it’s history and natural environment. Staff and services are on highest level. I traveled the world and visited many 5* places but Kempinski climbs to it’s own level. Discreet and quick service support by highest quality. SPA is amazing. There is nothing better than relax by the pool, laying on king-size sofas after all day mountaineering watching clouds passing by Tatra Mountians. One of my best stays ever.

Village is a bit small, a such, there are not too many alternatives to eat. Even though quality of food is perfect, the prices of catering in Kempinski are high and portions are small. I had my own bikes but what I would like to see is a good quality bikes and ski equipment rental place in the area. Just to make a comment, as others did too: Mr Hotel Manager, parking your BMW X5 all day long directly in front of hotel entrance, disabling guests to load / unload their cars is not best customer service practice, isn’t it.

krásné prostředí v přírodě, luxusní design koupelny, postele a peřiny, celý objekt v zámečkovém stylu je vkusný

strava nemá úroveň 5-ti hvězdového hotelu - chudá snídaně bez fantazie a obsluha není dostatečně pozorná v donášce kávy, čaje, slabý výběr produktů objekt, tzv přístavba se k zámečkovému designu vůůůbec nehodí a hanobí jej!!! Je to velká škoda!!!

Dit is een fantastisch hotel op één van de mooist denkbare locaties. De service, de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel en de faciliteiten waarover hte hotel beschikt, met name de spa, geven een gevoel van totale rust en ontspanning. Een abslute aanrader!

Znakomita lokalizacja. Profesjonalny i co ważne myślący personel . Pyszne śniadania mogą być wzorem dla najlepszych. Hotel bardzo kameralny. Architektura łączy tradycje ze współczesnością. Komfortowy basen z pięknym widokiem i wysoką jakością .

Nawet jak na hotel 5* za wysokie ceny w stosunku do jakości w restauracji. Ceny wina prawdopodobnie najwyższe w Europie! W karcie win brakuje wyselekcjonowanej oferty po kilka butelek białego i czerwonego w specjalnych cenach odpowiadających jakości wina. Brakuje specjalnej oferty cenowej wina tygodnia lub miesiąca !
