In fact, the hotel is only a two stars one, with an upper part added as penthouse where are located new rooms. Downstairs, the old rooms, with old fashioned furniture, no curtains in the bath, bad smell, and very different from the one they sell for internet. We arrived with children, that is not a facility given for this page booking.com in order to book it. The room, overprized double than in the rest of the village for a similar one, and with less services and confort. The breakfast, bad quality and very scarce in number and quantity of articles. The service, not helpful at all and without knowdledge of english. That is a minimum!. I reccomend not booking on advance, and arriving with plenty of time to check another options (Salamander hotel,F.I.). |

Die zebtrale Lage in mitten der schönen Stadt und die räumliche Großzügigkeit des Hotels. Keine Parkplätze. Das Personal ist nicht durch besonderen Arbeitswillen aufgefallen, musste lange auf den Frühstücksservice warten. Personal sprach sehr, sehr wenig englisch. |

Die Lage Wir haben 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht und bekamen eine Bestätigung. Wurden aber in 2 Doppelzimmer untergebracht und wurde verlangt, dass wir entsprechend höheren Preis bezahlen. Nur weil wir Ihre Bestätigung vorzeigen konnten, durften wir den ursprünglichen Preis bezahlen. Die Rezeptionsdame war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Der Fernseher in einem der Zimmer funktionierte nicht. |
