Good email liaison before arrival - lovely 'private' spa for hire - chef's cooking was excellent - nice people - helpful staff - lovely position in old town - nice to sit outside under attractive canopy area. We'd like to return when the roadworks have finished! Thank you.

Sunday breakfast was rather disappointing but the second day was good (overseen by chef). Front aspects badly affected by current (temporary) road development right outside hotel, causing noise at the front & acess/parking problems & closure of some of our choice attractions eg museums etc (also not easy for our tired, night-time arrival!) A map to help with access/parking & some warning of the current problems would have been helpful, to reduce stress upon arrival!

Wir hatten alte Hotelzimmer, obwohl das Hotel nicht belegt war.Frühstück mittelmäßig.

Большая красивая ванная, удобное место расположения - вблизи от всех достопримечательностей.

Очень претенциозный отель, хотя при этом довольно скромные завтраки, в меру улыбчивый персонал, да и обстановка напоминает поздние советские годы - по мебели, по коврам и т.п. Каналов на телевизоре можно было бы сделать побольше, интернет провести и т.п.

L'absence de place de parking, le wifi gratuit limité à 30 min par jour avec impossibilité d'acheter du temps supplémentaire....

Zeer mooi hotel in een prachtige omgeving een beetje terughoudend personeel, waarschijnlijk door hun cultuur en hun verleden.

Très jolie chambre, bon restaurant, personnel sympathique

Pas de climatisation, ce qui nous oblige de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et, nous expose au bruit de la terrasse d'enface jusqu'à 1h30

Die zebtrale Lage in mitten der schönen Stadt und die räumliche Großzügigkeit des Hotels.

Keine Parkplätze. Das Personal ist nicht durch besonderen Arbeitswillen aufgefallen, musste lange auf den Frühstücksservice warten. Personal sprach sehr, sehr wenig englisch.
