I enjoyed the atmosphere and the history of the hotel. I like the service and the lounge the most where I can stay there for a piece of cake and a pot of tea during the early night reading a book by the fireplace. |

Tatranska Lomnica is a beautiful mountain resort and the Grand Hotel is a spectacular place to stay. The hotel was elegant, clean and inviting. The staff were very helpful and many spoke English and were very patient with our lack of ability to converse in the native language. Breakfast was included and was great! |

Room was ok apart from a hole in the bath that took 1.5 hrs to fill (low water pressure they said) hummmm... YES....Staff not botherd abt you ...we have stayed in 2* hotels better than this and in slovakia. Food well I think you woud do much better to take the 15 mins walk into the town and get a lot better... Pool was said to be nice and warm but was cold..... |

połączenie komfortu z kulturalną obsługą, wszystkie potrzeby "na wyciągnięcie ręki", do tego położony na uboczy ze wspaniałym widokiem na okolicę. Kuchnia na bardzo dobrym poziomie. z pewnością wrócę do tego hotelu (ten pobyt był moim drugim). W restauracji dość długo czeka się na realizację zamówienia, rano przy śniadaniu personel wydaje się być nieco zagubiony, zwłaszcza przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu: braki na stole nie są uzupełniane na bieżąco, często dopiero na wezwanie gościa. Brakuje polskiego kanału w TV. |

Hotel très bien situé, belle vue de la chambre, restaurant sympathique et personnel efficace.. Le téléviseur est un peu obsolète. L'organisation du petit déjeuner est un peu limite lorsque que plusieurs cars se mêlent aux clients classiques |

Tiszta, elegáns hotel. A személyzet jól beszélt angolul. A szaunában nincs vízgép, inni csak a recepcióstól lehet kérni, ő viszont sokszor nincs a helyén. Nincs merülőmedence. Vacsorához kért steak mellé nem ajánlott a pincér körítést, kihozta a húst magában. Utólagos kérésre viszont gyorsan kaptunk salátát és kenyeret. |

Líbilo se mi prostředí a také obsluha v hotelu a hotelové zázemí. Na pokoji byla prasklá deska od wc a špatně šly zavírat balkónové dveře. |

Wunderschöne Lage, Sauberkeit, Luxus, Flair der vorletzten Jahrhundertwende, Ausstattung, Wellnessbereich, Frühstücksbuffet, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen Insgesamt freundliches Personal, aber: bedauerlich dass die Hotelbar früher schließt als angegeben und man nicht mehr bedient wird. Deswegen die nur mittlere Bewertung fürs Personal (ansonsten korrekt) |

ganz tolle achitektur, vorletzte jahrhundertwende, ein bisschen zauberbergatmosphäre, die im grossen und ganzen recht gut bewahrt wurde. schöne zimmer, ein bemühtes personal, freundlicher empfang. toller blick in die poprader ebene, schönes kleines wellness-center (bad, sauna, massage), gutes frühstücksbuffet, feines restaurant, idealer ausgangspunkt für wanderungen und dergleichen. die bar hatte am samstag abend (!) geschlossen, und zwar bereits um 22 uhr. obwohl als öffnungszeit 24 uhr angegeben war. auf unsere bitte um letztes getränk bekamen wir zur antwort, das ginge jetzt nicht mehr, es gebe nichts mehr. zur gleichen zeit wurde eine grosse reisegruppe grosszügig bewirtet. sehr unfreundlich, das ganze. und unerfreulich. |

Bediener in lounge en bar was goed. Vriendelijk en correct. Een ervan blijkt er 2 weken te werken. Wat een verschil met de rest. Deze doen hun best om de mensen aangenaam te maken. In vergelijking met vorig verblijf is het restaurant niet datgene wat ze aangeven met hun 4 sterren hotel. Personeel in restaurant,vooral verantwoordelijke spreken geen engels of duits. Management hier mag beter. Helaas is de omgeving met de laatste keer minder. Door storm is er nagenoeg geen bos. Kaal en luguber gezicht. |

La situation géographique de l'hôtel. Confort, équipements et style de l'hôtel. La restauration est un peu chère quand on sort des plats typiques slovaques. Les consommations au bar un peu élevées. La température de la piscine est un peu juste. |

Die Lage des Hotels, das Hotelzimmer, beeindruckend auch die Räumlichkeiten im Hotel. Zweimal wurden wir zum Abendessen in einen kleinen Nebenraum umgeleitet, weil im repräsentativen Speisesaal Veranstaltungen stattfanden. Obwohl sehr viel Personal zu sehen war, gelang es zum Frühstück nicht, dafür zu sorgen, dass wir (und andere Gäste auch) einen sauberen, eingedeckten Tisch bekamen. Auch das Auffüllen und Ordnen des Buffets war nicht gesichert. |
